Changing Color Of Specific Text

Hello,

I am new to this forum, so I hope that I do this correctly!

Okay, I am having a few (what I imagine to be), very simple problems.

The first, and most important, is that I have not been able to change the color of the text in the "Action Bar" (I believe).

I have included a screenshot of the text I am trying to change the color of.

If anyone could tell me how to do that, I would be so grateful!

I have already spent way too much time trying to figure this out.
