First, I tested with Twenty Sixteen theme and it works perfect.
When I activate Authorize.net CIM Gateway the 'Ship to a different address" does not collapse regardless if the checkbox is checked or not. \
Also, the radio buttons to switch between credit card and bank draft do not work.
SSL is on, everything is current version, I am not using a child theme.
