Images and text won´t fit on mobile

Hello,

First of all I would like to congratulate your team for the amazing work with this theme. I am not a professional web designer and was able to create my own website with little help.

I have a blog www.ortodontiadescomplicada.com.br, it is fine on desktop and tablet, but on mobile, the text and images from the two sections on the home page are not fitting properly. Is there a way to fix this?
