Two questions - Vertical Align and Scroll option

I like your team very much, and I was hoping you can help me with two things:

1. I'm using revolution slider and I was wondering how to setup something like this: http://goo.gl/SgZJSx - When I scroll down it looks like content below slider goes up.

2. When using visual composer, I have two columns in a row. In one column is some text and in second column is a picture. Picture is larger than text. I was wondering how can I align content in first column (text) so it would always be aligned with the middle of the image?
