Site Title Displaying Twice

For some reason, the site title is displaying twice in the meta title. For an example, go to:

http://saywardfutures.ca/

In the source, the code shows:

<title itemprop="name">Home - Sayward Futures SocietySayward Futures Society</title>

Any suggestions on why this is happening?
