I am a 25+ BeTheme purchaser! Love your product. One of my websites, https://sanfranciscobayboatcruise.com/, is fairly new. Something over the last 24 triggered an issue where the menu is not loading.
- all the other betheme sites are fine
- this client has opened the admin panel before so my initial thought is they tweaked something
- when I went to wp-admin > customize this message popped up:
