Trailer Box Background Image

I'm using the Trailer Boxes and i have 4 1/4 boxes, each setup with a background image, slogan, and title text. Everything else is the default setting. However, when I try to change hte images, it shortens the height of the box. Not sure what's up? Can you help? It had been working just fine.
