Change image on hover for Icon box? + basic text or title element?

Hello,

The Icon box allows me to use a custom image, which is great.

However, I can't seem to be able to change this image on hover?

I can't change the title position neither.

I would like to achieve something like on this attached image:

I don't know if icon box is the best way to go. I tried with "hover image" element, but i can't find a simple "text" element allowing to add title or a basic button code to stack with the image.

I would need some help as I am a bit lost for now. Thank you!
