Updating Plugin WPBakery Page Builder

Hello! I have purchased and installed BeTheme on my website. After installation and activation of plugins, there is an update of WPBakery Page Builder. When I click and go for its update, it shows this message:

Updating Plugin WPBakery Page Builder (1/1)

I waited for more than half an hour but the screen / window remains the same. So please guide me about this that how this update will be done. Waiting for your best response.
