Hide Comments on Blogpost

Hallo
i have a question.
How can i hide the comments symbol next to read more.

I deactivate the comments in the settings but the symbol is still on the front page.

I have one more question.

How can i hide the author and only show the date of the post.
And how can i change the date to the exact time.

For example:  published 1 hour ago
