Browser just display code

Hey there,

first of all: it's not ok to delete a post discussion without telling the reason. But anyway. Next try.

I realised a website with the betheme. Now my client tried severl times to register to amazon partnernet. But they always tell us, that there's no website to check. They just can see code in their browsers. Unfortunately they can't send us a screenshot, because they are not able to send attachments. So we just know, that they use Windows7 and the newest Internet Explorer & Firefox. Because my client and I don't have this problem, I make severl croww browser checks, but they are all ok.

Is this a known problem? What could be the problem?
