I cannot access the ability to import any Betheme website template. From the Betheme dashboard, I get both of the below errors. Attached is a screenshot of my system status page.

Here is what I have already done:
- Disabled plugins one by one to see if that is the issue.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Betheme
- I am not using a Child Theme
