Hello, I am facing a lot of problems with this installing:
I just want to switch from one pre-build website to another. This is way too complicated.
I don't see where in the dashboard on wordpress on Betheme section should be visible which pre-build website is on, where is it?
I know I have been using two actually: but for the majority, website Ice cream 2.
I am not trying to switch to the one in the picture attached.
Because I have no idea if the entire website will get lost, I did the baackup and dowloaded the entire website.
When I am trying to install it, I select to delete it all (but if I choose it - delete wp-content, the installing process stops at Database Reset), instead if I do not select it, it stops at CONTENT.
I checked with my hosting and server and it is all fine there.
The hosting told me:

Verify the same from the attached Betheme system status screenshot. (they shared a picture that shows that the entire situation is fine, I checked).

I think this is a problem on your side and this makes me cringe that this assistance (if it is linked to the theme ) is not free.
So now I hope that paying for this assistance, you may help me asap.

ps: I want to know what is the right process to switch from one to another pre-build wesbite.
ps2: I want to know if I am going to loose all my data if I am going to install a new pre-build wesbite and then upload the backup I did of the website.
