When I try to update my Betheme the update process fails with the message "pakage contains no files".
When I check my purchase code here: https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/
I get the message "The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code."
What can I do to fix my Betheme installation?
