Cannot Install plugins, Layer Slider, Slider Revolution and Visual Composer.

Hello, 

Ive managed to install the first three plugins however i cannot install Layer Slider, Slider Revolution and Visual Composer.


Usually this only takes a few seconds when Ive installed it before,

However I left it the whole of last night and nothing happened.

Ive tried installing other plugins and they worked just fine. Some help would be appreciated thanks

Display of Iframe on Page

I have a standalone page on same domain and want to display it in an Iframe from wordpress site via muffin builder.

I looked at some of the post feedback and answers you provide but unable to accomplish it.

What option or item I need to use to display it (that is an iframe correctly)?
What I got is this: https://www.screencast.com/t/MIblmhSRX4p  which is in this page www.questforlife.club/claculator/ -as you can see it shows full width but only part height.

description on gallery lighbox

On the latest version of Be, we want the gallery lightbox to display the image description as a caption under the image, but can see no way of doing this?
On the previous version we were ablate do this using a little bit of Java, but the lightbox has now changed.    
Is there a simple way to add this functionality again.

Change Promo Box button icon

Hello team,

by default the Promo Box button has the "icon-layout" icon. 
Is it possible to change it with another icon, for example the "icon-graduation-cap"?
I have defined the class of a specific Promo Box as "edu-program" but my css does not work :(

Deregister theme not working

I did a mirror copy of a site that has different domain. I did a mirror copy of the site because both are going to have the same layout. I already bought the theme for 2 different domains. Because I mirrored a site, the Purchase Code was attached to the new site. When I try to deregister the theme to add the new purchased code, it says -

"Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contect us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page."

How do I deregister it so I can add the new purchase code on this site?

Ubunto doesn't display correctly

Hi, I'm using Ubunto for Content, but it displays pretty bad in Chrome. On Chrome I visited google fonts and other font sites, and Ubuntu displays perfectly. I selected 400 regular for all cases, and latin subset.

You can see below that there are some small point in the letters. 

I would appreciate your help.

WPML and Muffin Builder

I haven't been able to use WPML with Muffin Builder despite BeTheme being fully compatible with WPML.

I contacted WPLM with no success.

What's need to be done to have text within Muffin Builder available for translation and take full advantage of WPML.

I purchased the theme theme by themeforest, but in the slider-revolution-demo folder there are no sliders to upload on templates. There are only basic ones provided by the free slider

header/menu partially hidden on /#start scroll - height changes

Hi,

The top section of my site is #start. On a wide screen, the header/menu has a height of 70px. If I click the menu item to go to #start, the page scrolls up to that top section, BUT, the header/menu is then partially hidden. And one needs to scroll the page a little up to have everything display properly (it shouldn't work this way) 

This doesn't happen on narrower screens, as the header/menu there has a height of 65px. 

It may has to do with your js. I noticed a fixed var top_bar_top = '61px';

I would appreciate your suggestions.

Portfolio grid not lining up.

Problem: The portfolio grid items are not lining up. They were fine for a while, and the do line up on some sizes of browser but not all. Since they were working, we have not added any new portfolio items, but we did a a slider plugin (metaslider) – disabling this plugin does not help.

Hi!

How can I change the background image of Contact us page in ECO theme?

I set the image in Appearence-> Betheme options->Header and SubHeader-> Header->Background->image

But It's not in the browser.

Change default table styling such as the text alignment

Hi,

I'm using the "Column" content element to make a couple of tables and I found that you can configure some of the table styling (such a highlight on hover under theme options). But the text in all the tables is center aligned. Is there any way I can change the default table styling such as the alignment without having to manually set a style for each th and td tag?

Hi, I'm not seeing the option to change the size of the font on the mega menu dropdown items. It is rather large and I would like to make it smaller. I only see the option to change the main navigation. How can I change the dub navigation? Thank you.

Keep menu full size on scroll

Is there a setting so the menu and logo in the header do not shrink when you scroll down the page? I want it to be sticky as-is, and also make the action bar be sticky so the whole top header/menu section does not move or change. Thank you.

Don't understand how the header menu, padding and size works

Hi, I've been trying different settings but they all seem to act differently together so I'm not sure how to make them work the way I want. I have the menu/header set to "sticky" and "fixed" which is what I want. However I seem to be having a difficulty.

The page content seems to go under the menu by quite a lot. On the home page, I added a bunch of padding to the row so my first builder element (first title on the page) would not be under the menu.

If you look at the "About us" page, you can also see the placeholder banner image is under the menu. In this case I am using the image in the subheader.

I have tried changing the header layout from default (which adds a very large space) to minimalist. I've also tried changing the padding on the subheader but neither of those things seems to be related.

Do I need to manually set padding on every page or is there a setting so that my first page section starts where the menu ends, rather than going under it?

Bug using the slider in mobile modality

Hello,
when i use the mobile modality, the slider doesn't reduce its size and the buttons overlap each other. Could you help me to solve this problem? Website is in italian, hope it doesn't matter
