Hi,

Am happily using betheme. I have a page with two columns in a wrap in a section.

The first column has a calendar in it. I have inserted javascript into the main betheme options area that attaches events (onload) to the calendar days and successfully fires when a "day" is clicked.

I want to take the value that I can extract from the onclick event and set a text element with a known id (say #xyz1) in column 2.

But - I can't seem to reference the element in column2. I think it's because it's inside the muffin builder framework....

Could you tell me how (jquery) I can access an element with a known id inside a column in a section?

I've seen this problem a lot of times, but now want to understand - what's going on. The matter is as follow and mostly about mobile devices : if I make an adaptive design and using rules @media screen and (min-width: 1220px) and (max-width: 1359px) everything is fine. But when I chose the dimension for example:  @media screen and (min-width: 321px) and (max-width: 480px)  STARTS miracles )
1. At the desktop monitors all is working fine as should be.
2. On mobiles - all different - some browsers like FF can show true. But Chrome - NEVER. It seems like it ignores the rules. Do not help any !important
3. The matter is NOT IN CACHE. It was cleared 100 times.
4. Attention - if I take the css code ( without ANY changings) and put it to Custom CSS in Muffin Options - wow - everything begins work as should be ) Chrome works perfect. But... only if css rules in Muffin options. And to put there a lot of rules - very inconvenient. How can I use child style.css?
Why does it happen?
with mobiles and Chrome comes to ridiculous : #Header {min-height:130px !important;}. Works everywhere, but not in mobile Chrome. In Chrome - standard 450px from theme's css ) And only this string in Muffin Options custom Css section - yes, Chrome at once execute the command. Why? may be I need to use some class like .mobile?

I have installed the latest version of Wordpress and the latest version of BeTheme.

I am having a problem with the BLOG ELEMENT in the Muffin Builder. The issue is that I cannot control the sort order of the blog articles in the layout. I need to sort them in date descending order, but I cannot control that. I am not clear exactly what order they are sorting on. Here is a series of screenshots that shows the trouble I am having.

After some work, I was able to install the theme, and a sample website, but when I go to Install Plugins (.../wp-admin/admin.php?page=be-plugins) I get a 403 - Permission Denied error message.  Never had this much trouble installing theme on other sites.  Yes, I am upgraded to the latest version of the theme.

No security plugins installed.

Help!

Hi man,

I use the header style "Stack: Center" with minimalist no space.
I need images the same height for "Relation Posts" but it is Masonry.
The same case is for "category page" it is Masonry, my Blog Layout is GRID.

Hi everybody,

i want exact the same part for the quote and the picture as in the "BElifestyle" Theme: centered and both  wraps with the background frame in grey. But when I add to wraps with 1/2 and 1/2, they're are too big and the left one has the grey background frame but the right one has no grey frame is like full width... why is it like this? I want a spice left an right to the quote an the picture-..- I'm freaking out!

And is it possible to see the muffin builder of a preinstalled website without installing the website? So I could see how they dit it in the "BeLifestyle Theme"

Hi, when I upgrade to PHP version 7 on my Hosting Account, the Theme header disappears. After I reverse back to an earlier version of PHP. the header shows up. Can you please advice to why?

Hello Support team,

I am new to this Web design learning and hence bought BeTheme and cusomised to implement my website www.prudentcares.co.uk

I have updated background text and content.

Later on I have created few pages like T&C, Privacy policy, Shop page by Woocommerce.

When I go /click to these new pages, it opens perfectly. But I am on the when on the new page lets say for "Order Now" and go back to click "What we do" it opens of standard default external link of theme page http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/itservice/#repair

How can I change the menu navigation to my own design navigation that was built in www.prudentcares.co.uk

I'm having some problems with image galleries. In the past when a user clicks on an image gallery, the first image pops up and has navigation arrows on the left and right to allow the user to scroll through the gallery of images.

On this particular website, the navigation arrows to not appear.

Look, how can I find those contact form shortcodes the same as the IT theme.

Localized in home bottom and contact page.

When i installed, comes with no contact form template and give me this: [contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"]

Can you guys help me with that please?

I have created a sidebar to show on 1 specific page, But in the mobile website the sidebar displays after the content...

I've initially installed Bethemes, subsequently add in woocommerce plugin. My shop page has been renamed to "Shop by categories", thereafter I try to goo to "shop by categories" page to edit  by adding in the woocommerce widget. After editing, I still cannot see the sidebar reflect in my website. I've been working on it for a week, appreciate your urgent assistance.

Hi,

I need to remove the padding for the mobile layout of the BeVision theme, because the text is getting cut off. 

You can see the site here  I need to remove the whitespace on mobile.

Here is an image example as well.  There is a little bit of an indent, and because of that, the text gets cut off.

Hi, 

i wanted to know if there is a way to use the love box on a single page with images. or any other way to use this "voting" system with hearts with images instead of portfolio items or posts.

if there is no option for this: can you recommend a voting plugin for images? I did try NextGEN Gallery Voting, but this seems to be not compatible with beThemes.

Hi Guys

I am having a problem updating the BE theme.

I built the website in a test environment and didn't deregister the theme before moving it over to the live server. I deleted the test website so cant deregister the domain and register the new domain its on.

I got this message Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page.

Please can you assist me with resolving this so I can update the theme?
