Hello,

How do I edit @media CSS with the Child Theme?  If I add the following code to either the Custom CSS per page or within the theme options nothing happens with the child theme; however, if I add it using the parent theme it works correctly.

@media screen and (max-height: 575px){ #rc-imageselect, .g-recaptcha {transform:scale(0.77);-webkit-transform:scale(0.77);transform-origin:0 0;-webkit-transform-origin:0 0;} }

It appears that this may be an issue with needing to ENQUE the rest of the CSS files (responsive.css - base.css).  I have done research on it and tried to figure it out, but nothing has worked.

How do I do this?

Logo is white here https://www.homecrew.nl/meest-gestelde-vragen/ which is different size then on homepage https://www.homecrew.nl/ where it is max. 100px height. How do I set it the same size for the white logo?

Hello

I have previously used my theme registration code on other sites and I am now trying to use on a new site. I can't fine BeTheme installed on any of my other sites becuase when I change theme I remove the old one.

Now when I input my theme registration code I face the following issue:

Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: 77.104.149.190

However I have searched all of my websites and I have searched the server for the betheme folder and nothing is to be found.

Can you please advise on how to rectify the issue?

Hey guys, 

I cannot get the color of my social bar to change in my website. The URL is: www.raybassil.com 

In the theme options, I've got "Copyright & Social Bar" set to center. In the footer colors Footer Theme Color is set to the desired color but the outcome isn't what I was hoping for. How can I fix this?

Hi, 

My homepage will not work on my phone (yes I have cleared cache and browser cookies) even though if I make the browser on the desktop as small as a mobile it works. Does that make sense? I tried on multiple phones. Also, it seems to be working properly on some pages like this one: https://www.thestudentmovers.com/about-student-movers/ but not on the home page. 

Thoughts?

Either provide me with a valid license or refund my money.  I have developer waiting to do work and you are not responding.  If I don't hear back by 9/27, I will assume that you will not support and therefore I will contact my credit card company.

I'd like to do the same box with a text on the background image as in your template http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/journey/ (Discover the most engaging places...). Is it possible to do it in visual composer ? I tried to put Hover Box and Hover Color but I didn't find where I can choose the same texture and transparency. Thank you !

Hello,

I am using an element, which I want to customize - the Trailer Box that comes in with the Muffin Builder. When I use it, the highlighted text appears above the h2 text. I used CSS to add the highlighted text underneath the h2 text by adding it to the table-footer-group. However, my problem is it makes the background fulfill the whole row of the table, so it is not longer just around the text but way wider. Not sure if a valid Support question, but:

-Is there a way for me to move the highlighted text (.subtitle) underneath the h2 text within the Trailer Box item in the Muffin Builder? I am comfortable touching the code, if required, so if you could just give me directions on where I find this, I will be happy to try and modify it myself.

Here is an example of my attempt using custom CSS. Goal is to accomplish the same positioning by preserving the original view of the highlighted (subtitle) text.

Hello Betheme Team,

I installed your Theme at pflegedienst-gemeinsam.com. Unfortunatelly on tablet view the Text in one section will cover an image on tablet view. I wanted to disable the image for Mobile view - how can i do it?
