Fonts and Logo is gone when using Win7 and IE 11.0.47

the fonts we using is microextendFLF.ttf , it appears in another fonts when using win7 and IE 11.0.47
the logo is beyong screen can see

the site is washours.com

please advise if can fix, many thanks!

Menü Transparent

Hello,
Question 1: I have created a split menu (left menu - Logo - right menu) and would like to insert a slider on my "Home" page ... now the menu above is not transparent and you can see a white bar above ...
How can I make this transparent? That you see the menu only as a font as in the demo version "Marina"?
Question 2: My logo in the middle of the menu appears very small, barely visible. How big must the logo be so it is easy to see how many pixels or what settings do you have to make?

How can I put the images in line? I have an example in demo but with icons.

How to Add Custom Icons

I am building an insurance website, but the pre-loaded icons aren't suitable enough for all of the different types of insurance being offered on the site.

How can I upload custom vector icons to my theme so I can use those instead with the icon box feature within the Muffin Builder?

Hi Guys

I need to add a revolution slider instead of the itservice slider on the front page.  I can't see where this is within Wordpress.  I have removed the itservice slider and made another but I need to change the slider that BeTheme is looking for.

(Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias itservice not found. )

Any help would be appreciated.

I built a Website (www.smeconsulting.ch)

I need to set the footer on all site on the same position.
when search for the Webpage on the macbook 13` is the footer good!
but when i use a Imac 27`i see the footer.

also on the mobile version.

how i can fix that?

I want to transfer my Website, on which the BeTheme is installed, to another domain. Somehow the Data from my BeTheme site can't be transfered to another domain. It does not work.

How can I change the font, font size, and position of the drop-down menu as shown in my example? It seems the drop-down menu font is based on the content font, and I need control them separately as in the example.

Image sider and lightbox Magnific popup

Muffin, Hi!
I did not have any necessity to close work with image sliders. But yesterday had. And... find out that Image Sliders, no one, do not support lightbox (!) That mean that Theme engine does not give any possibilities to start zoomed image in Magnific popup... Very strange ) For example - image carousel - and exists for look thumbs and to see details in zoomed image. But to see as image?.. not in popup window... That is very inconvenient.
Ok - shortly investigate - does the slick slider supports Magnific - waw, answer - yes! And there is no problems to implement that support.
I understand - that you can have a lot of much more important work. That is why - my question:
where can I find the setting parameters for slick  and Magnific start. (Jquery or JS starting scripts, I knew that minified scripts -in theme-functions, but I need initialization) I will try to connect them and write here the results. Thank you!

Hi, 

I am trying to ACTIVATE the Revolution Slider Plugin but I have got instead the below error message:


Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
