Unable to update from 20.5.1 to 20.7.1 through the admin panel

Hi,

I am unable to upgrade from 20.5.1 to 20.7.1 on my staging server. I get the following error:

The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

Enabling Maintenance mode…

Updating Theme Betheme (1/1)

Downloading update from http://api.muffingroup.com/theme/download.php?code=db573c01-XXXX-4e5b-b84b-XXXXXXXXX…

Unpacking the update…

Installing the latest version…

Theme update failed.

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Disabling Maintenance mode…

All updates have been completed.

I have been able to update on my local development environment.

Can you advise why this is happening? I would prefer to update the theme through the admin panel, however if there is a manual workaround I am happy to do that.

Hi,
I have a question about the WPBakery Page Builder.
I find in Row Settings only General and Design Options but where can I find Background and Effect.
I want to change the background position of the background image but I can not find this option.
What am I doing wrong?

Header Full Width problem

I just installed BeTheme an having a problem with the heather width.
As you can see from my screenshot the Header layout is aligned to the left and not using the headers full width: https://imgur.com/a/GeWU5

I have tried every possible layout but something must be wrong. When using "Stack: Right it looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/bzcfL

Any advises are appreciated.

Whatsapp Icon for Phone Number in Top Bar

I would like to know if its possible to have a whatsapp icon in the top bar instead of normal phone icon?

Making the Header Transparent

I would like to make the header area behind our logo transparent (see screenshot) but can't seem to find that option in the theme options.  If I choose the actual "Transparent Header" our logo lays over the Revolution Slider set-up rather than remaining at the top.

Replace icon-phone for image in "Phone" and "2nd Phone"

Hello, how can I Replace icon-phone for image in "Phone" and "2nd Phone" in Action Bar? this is usefull if those phones numbers have whatsapp, since there is not a whatsapp icon this should solve the problem.

If is not possible how can replace the icon-phone for an other icon?
If you chek the website you will see that I manage to add 3 different phone number, the first one is in the slogan with "<i class="icon-phone"></i>" at the beginning. So my idea is not modify the class "icon-phone" for the 2nd and 3rd number, instead use other icon class.

visual composer post not visualized correctly

Hi, I'm realizing a site where I need to show posts about product in a category page.
I made each post with theme bundled WPBakery visual composer add-on, but when I look at single post it's all right, conversely when I look at category post page I lose some visual formatting.
You can see the differences in these example pages:
- singel post (correct visualization): http://webinnet.net/2017/10/29/antinfeltrente/

I need help to solve this problem. I think I should change some code in custom-posts-page, but I'm not sure, I have not localized the correct page and I'm not sure how do this.

Vanishing content using SERVERPRESS ?!?!?

Hope someone can please help...I am using SERVERPRESS DESKTOPSERVER on my Macbook Pro. I installed BeTheme Bakery. Tried updating plugins and and it was 'sticking' so I closed the browser and started from scratch. Wondering if that corrupted everything...?

One specific page (that I was on) while attempting to update plugins- now has ALL the information/ assets/work that I did completely vanish. It is not there and even had phone support with SERVERPRESS confirm it is all gone. Other pages are fine and still work.

So unfortunately I had to start over on that specific page. I re-did a bunch of what I originally had and then AGAIN- IT VANISHED !! TWICE !  Something must be completely corrupt and now Im scared to even work on it because I dont want to keep wasting my time. Attached is the screenshot of what I now see as well as what was there and the page with an completely empty section. The extremely knowledgeable phone support from SERVERPRESS confirmed its all gone as well as the fact that the issue is being caused by the theme. You can see this in the context of all the error messages.

Now Im completely stuck and would love to know how I can fix this and not have all my hard work disappear !!

Text inside full screen section

I have a section with background image cover mode
Inside Wrap I have a column with text inside (the title of the page)
The "Title" is automatically centered in vertical so I use "Move Up" to put it at the top..
The problem is on small screen size as macbook 13" the "Title goes over menu"

So there is a way to have full screen bacground image and "Title" at a fixed px from the top of the page?

Update Issue 20.7.1

Hi, I just updated my website to 20.7.1 and it has caused a weird issue I have never had before. The options pages were not loading at all and finally got a the custom CSS to open and since that was what I was wanting to work on, and somehow the entire theme has been reset with all settings lost. I have a full site backup that I restore the wp-content/themes/betheme folder with but settings have not been restored and the options still does not load. Any ideas on what is causing this and where the custom CSS would be found?image

I used a template file (Be Service) as a starter for a website. But now the title/original tag line shows on google search (see image) even though I changed them on the WP settings page.
How can I correct this?

Hello, I have a problem with wraps.

When I'am on my computer there is no problème.
The margin are OK

But on an Ipad for example the margins are too big in the top wrap on the image, while the bottom wrap takes the whole width, which is fine.
Do you have a solution for this?

How can i change the size of gallery?

I want to change the size of my gallery because it requires images 700x790 and it hard to find pictures large in height rather than width.
I am currently using the theme: Service

How can I make the gallery to fit my images? If i use images that are different size it shows a blank space.

Using Wordpress Multisite

Hi
I want to split my website into two sections, one covering our accommodation offering and the other covering private dining, functions, weddings etc. I only have the one domain so I am looking at using the WordPress Multisite option, with the second section in a separate directory not a sub-domain. Is this permissible under my Be Theme Regular Licence?
