Muffin Builder components not displaying on backend
the website I am inquiring about is painandinjuryclinicofutah.com. ![image]()
On the back end of the website, I am unable to edit any content. It is almost as though WP bakery is non existent even though it is still installed and editable under the theme options. Any ideas what may be causing this? see attached screenshot for a visual of the front end of a page vs. the back end. Thank you in advance.

Update from v2.4
My Wordpress site was built by a designer in BeTheme v2.4. I just purchased the latest BeTheme 20 license to upgrade. When I try to install the new theme in Wordpress, it states "Destination folder already exists". How can I upgrade to the new Theme without losing all the settings and content of the site built on v2.4? I don't want anything to change.

Asks for .ttf file but Wordpress will not let me upload it
Hello,
So, I am trying to upload the .ttf file that you ask for when uploading your own font. However, every time I try, it tells me that the .ttf format is not supported due to security reasons.
How can I fix this so that I can upload my font and use it on my site?

Problem to create pages
Hi, I'm building a website with elearning theme. I have the problem in this link http://82.223.68.140/cursos/
Each image is a diferent course, I'm trying to add more courses but when I save the theme or the muffin builder automatically delete the new courses I have create, it's like it's uncapable to update or something like this. Could you help me please? Cause I need to add a lot of courses more.

404 custom page not working?
So, I've created a custom 404 page but it seems not working.
I've set a custom 404 page in Theme Options > Pages > Error 404.
My custom 404 page is a regular page.
But when I go to a non existing page, I'm getting the default Apache server 404 page instead of the custom page, see screenshot: https://ibb.co/kRjBiG.
Any suggestions how to fix this?
