Adding text to slider
Hi guys,
Trying to setup slider using slider revolution, can add in background image but when trying to add in text I cannot add or select font, colour etc. All these options are greyed out. I also can't even type in the text for this text layer.
Also tried to add in a button and this also doesn't work.
I have followed your documentation but it's still not working, what I am doing wrong?

Main nav padding and blog post section
Hi guys,
Here's the link to my page:
Trying to work out how I reduce the bottom padding/margin of the main nav.
Also trying to work out how I change the colours of the icons used in the blog post section from white to dark blue. Also the text under the post image seems to be different sizing and line height. How are these things adjusted.

can't update theme
Hi Folks,
When we try to update BeTheme from 20.9.2 to 20.9.7.3, the upgrade process will start, but then halt midway through, and nothing else happens, and the site is stuck in maintenance mode.
Help appreciated.

Two sliders on the same page – DESKTOP and MOBILE

I have 2 Revolutions Sliders – One is set for a desktop and another one is set for Mobile view.
I can't modify 1 Rev Slider for both desktop and mobile, because in Rev Slider you can "hide slide for Mobiles", but can't do the same for Desktop, unfortunately.
I also can't fit desktop for mobile using their instruments, because I use background image which can't be cut for smaller screens.

It says some themes have an option to use desktop Rev Slider and mobile separately on the same page.
I think Betheme don't provide such an option, so my question is: is it possible to handle my problem anyhow changing php/css files.

Shop Slider Link Products to Category
Hi there, we're working on a new website and our client really likes how the "shop slider" looks on the homepage. They would prefer to have customers directed to the "category" page rather than the product itself. Is there a way to customize the link on the shop slider?
Or is there a way to create a slider that looks like the shop slider that we could use to direct people to the category page?

Content is getting lost after updating the page
Dear Betheme-Team,
i have a serios problem with the muffin builder. since the latest Wordpress Update the muffin builder is not working any more. When i update my page half of the content is gone. I have BeTheme Version 20.9.7.1 installed. when i try to install 20.9.7.4. its says "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.". please provide a update i can install!?

Footer sizing question
Hey guys, I am wondering if there is a way to customize the sizing of the footer widgets? I would like to have 4 columns, but I want them at 40% 30% 15% 15%. Is there any css that will accommodate this for me? I didn't see any other options for a 4 column footer other than 1/4 1/4 1/4 1/4. Thanks in advanced for any help.

I am hoping to show a feed of my blog posts, but I don't want the blogs to link off to another individual blog page as the background turns transparent, see the link below. I am hoping that the blog pages when you click the image have a white background.
Lastly, is there any way on the blog page itself to not show the read more button, and just show all of the text?

Adding 3rd number in contact box

want to add a 3rd number in the contact box, i tried doing this

but that didn't work, also you had an image on your conact box example, an icon email to be precise, but that doesnt show up for me.
How can i get that

License shows invalid
Hello,
I purchased a new license today for a new site we are building.
When I try to add it to the staging site (http://www.rbstaging2.com) where I have installed both BeTheme and the Child Theme, I get an error saying the license is invalid.
We use this staging site often and we recently built and then moved to production a different site that previously had this address. That site is now at http://wesketch.com/.
