Responsive : CTA doesn't display correctly

Hi,

I have a problem with the responsivness of my theme. Only with a CTA that doesn't display correctly.

It's on my homepage https://le-gfda.fr/ , on the pink part, the CTA "Programme" display on 2 line with a blank at the top on a mobile.

Slide Styles

Hi Guys. When setting up a new slide you have the option to set a Description for Slider Style: Image & Text. However in the slider style, i don't how how to call that style in the shortcode. I've attached screenshots of what i mean. Any ideas? Thanks

Errors on page preview and update

Hi there,
I have been getting the following error messages frequently when I try to update or preview a page I'm working on: 
Preview: Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts.
Both preview and update: The link you followed has expired. Please try again.

I also sometimes see my "coming soon" page when I try to preview.

When I update and get the error, I lose all of my work. 

What I've tried so far:
- deactivating all plugins, still happening
- switching themes, no longer happens

Can you please help?

Help with homepage title not being spidered correctly

Hi, we launched our site on Oct 12th, the site was spidered by Google on Oct 15th. However the homepage title has not been updated, it still shows the old page title.

This is our homepage:

All of our other pages have been spidered correctly and updated, any ideas on why the homepage hasnt?

it was on website dev.exclusiveprivatesale.com i'm trying to register my theme but it says its already in use on this one.

Updating a page and the content isn't showing

I have created a page with some content on a test domain here:


I have about 5 more policy download sections I wish to add but when I copy the previous section not all of them are showing up. It's like it is limited to amount I can display.

When I save the page, the items are missing that I added.

Can you help please?

CF7 Required Fields Text Not Showing Up

Hi, On any Betheme site, the field required error message does not show up as it normally does on other websites. Instead, it just shows the red boxes with Xs. I'd like to have the message popup below the submit button alerting visitors they must fill out the boxes with the Xs in them. We've received some feedback that people don't realize they are supposed to go back up and fill in the boxes.

Gaps in Masonry Flat Portfolio

Hi,

I'm having an issue with Masonry Flat | 4 Columns. Basically, when the page loads itself up, I get small margins in between each portfolio item - they don't sit up next to each other nicely.

If I resize my browser window, they will then snap together and look perfect, it's just that they won't do that unless I resize the window.

I am using a hosts file on my computer to map the hostname to the new server's IP address, so if I am able to send you a file in a private message, then you will be able to view the website to get a better idea?

Misconfiguration of the new theme after update

Hi people from Muffing Group. 

I updated my theme using a news header builder, but it have desconfigured my site totally. My menu does not work anymore,the footer is wrong.

Can't remove shadow from Main Menu . . .

Hi, This shadow has appeared as a result of a theme update and I can't find a way to remove it. It shouldn't be there in the first place because it's not part of the "transparent Menu" - justdrones.com.au

Top bar (right side) social icons not displaying?

I have set my social icons, they display correctly in footer. I have checked that the top right bar is not hidden in settings?

Not sure what else to do to get social icons to display in top right header.

Hello, i have rpoblem with theme.

when i update page, ito won't save and redirect me to posts.

i have enabled all plugins, and its still happend.

i cant edit anything on my website using muffin builder.

when i change website to standard wordpress theme it works good.

Media Library Grid View

The media library Grid View just goes into an endless search. The list view is fine but do not get access to ir in the pages or blogs, only the grid view so cannot add images. I note this is mentioned on google search but cannot find anything in discussions. www.degroottech.com.au

how can I use my own uploaded photo as a header? I was looking in the options "design-customizer" but the field for changing header isn't there.
Also I tried in be theme-theme options-header and uploaded a photo but its still not there.

Create Boxes with Border

I have trying to find out how can boxes be made with a border in the builder but there is no shortcode or any code that would work for that matter.

where change color for frame between menu items?

Hello,

I will change the color for the frame between menue items in main menue. Please see picture, the yellow arrows. Actual color is dark gray, I will have an other color.

Please tell me, where is the right place to change this color. I tryed to find it, but I'm not successful. :)
