Two headers
I am rebuilding with BeTheme, so I should be familiar, however I am on a new host that uses a cpanel. Perhaps that is the problem. I have classic editor selected. All of the Server Environment has been adjusted and have green check marks.
The problem: My home page will not come up correctly. I am using WPBakery, which I am also very familiar with.
There are two headers. If I have no slider, you see the second header. With the slider in place the site comes up, you see the second header aand then the slider slides over the top of the second header. I have chosen the Fixed header/Full Width/Sticky on/(the next defaults as "the same as Top Bar Left Background"

Cannot uncheck enable full-height editor
Hi,
For some reason I cannot scroll in visual editor even when I uncheck the "Enable full-height editor and distraction-free functionality." button. Once I update the page, reverts back to checked. Even before I update and uncheck it, the visual editor will not have a scroll on the side. How can I fix this?

SVG Logo
Hi
I like your BeTheme :) Nice work.
I do not know why I can not choose a .svg format file for the logo.
I have tried in (Mac) Safari and Google Chrome with different .svg file, but no difference.
Do you know if I need any Plugin for this?

are 2 menus possible in the header bar?
As I am very new in working with betheme I would like to know:

- are 2 menus possible in the header bar, see the attached pic?
- if so, can I do this with the standard Muffin Options? Or is it only possibile with the header builder?
- is it possibile to add a pic in the background of one of the menues?
- do I use a pre-built website or do I better work from scratch

How to display WooCommerce sidebar on top on mobile?
I am trying to display Woocommerce sidebar on top on mobile. When I set the Layout to display sidebar on left on Shop Page, it remains at bottom on mobile.
Any idea how to solve this?

Media Library not showing images
Hi,
When I uploaded the demo content to my template 90% of images were not showing, they are just grey boxes in the media library. I thought perhaps it was just to do with the demo content. However, I have now tried to upload images like my logo, and they too are not showing up. They are just a grey box in the media library and on the frontend no image shows just the file name. Licenses when site moved
I have a client who I designed a bespoke site using y own childtheme for betheme.
The client wants to now move to a marketing company with his site.
As I understand it the licence for his betheme belongs to me. I also understand from your terms and conditions that the licence isn't chargeable.
So what is the process if the site gets moved and no longer under my care and servers, do I remove his licence and reuse it on another client, or do I gift him the licence?

Revolution slider update failed
Hi, yesturday I updated slider revolution and have a problem. An update error.
In plugins screen sey this: Installed But Not Activated, Requires Update.
When I try to update this error comes:

Menu doesn't show corresponding div when scrolling
Hi, I have a problem with the menu on my homepage.
When I click on an item it send me to the corresponding section, defined by an ID, as it should.
However, when I scroll the page, the bar below the items only indicate the corresponding item just for a brief moment, at the very start of the section, and then goes back immediately to the first item of the menu, as if the linked div would be really small in height.
I already have the "one page" option on in the page builder.

Betheme with Modern Events Calendar Monthly View
Hi
I'm having an issue with what seems to be a compatibility issue, I think. I'm using the Modern Events Calendar for this website I'm working on and when I try to display the events in a monthly view with "Novel" display style, only the boxes where events are listed appear fine whereas when there are no events, the table gets compressed and moved to the left. I tried disabling all plugins but the problem persisted and it was only when I deactivated the Betheme that the display worked as it should be.
Could you have a look and help me out please?

Installation on a testing site
Hi,
I purchased a betheme license for my website.
Meanwhile, I have 2 sites: one as the production site, the other one used as the testing site. The testing site is installed on a subdomain of my production site.
I would like to install the same theme on my testing site than on my production site.
How can I proceed?
