Hello everybody!

I would like to know how I can create a menu like on the photo attached. I want some links in the upper left/right corner and social media icons in the upper right/left corner. The actual menu should be underneath as well. Also I would like to know how to set an image as the background even behind the menu etc. that goes down even further than just the menu.

Good morning Muffin Group,

I went through the support discussion for Portfolio but, didn't come across this question that seems to be a self explanatory question.

I am using Be Disco, one page layout. How do I change the url to an external site for my portfolio, rather than having it go to the internal portfolio attachment page? I know when you go to BeTheme Options > Portfolio > Portfolio Link, you can change the functionality, but how can I change the url?

I noticed you can add a url for the portfolio item as well, but that doesn't seem to work either. Am I missing something in the Media Gallery?

Hi,

I am working on this Website - http://starstuffgroup.etrafficgroup.com.au/

This website have more than 100 pages so I need megamenu here.

Megamenu working fine for first 4 items but not working for last 3 items.

when I click "Activate Mega Menu" checkbox and save menu it still shows empty checkbox for last 3 items

Wordpress Version - 5.0.2

Betheme version - 17.8.8

We are using the sidebar vertical menu - similar to the 'creative - always open.' Currently the submenus is displayed on mouseover. Is it possible to have the submenu expand only on click?

Hi all,

I have a small issue. I normally use layer slider as a header for my pages on our website (www.greatrenderings.com). Ever since my last update I cannot change it. I can select another from the list, but after updating the page and refresh, it will change back to the original one, the one I have on right now. I also tried to put in the layer slider shortcode, but it it the same result: after I hit update and then refresh it changes back.

How can I update the Visual Composer and the Revolution Slider? I bought the theme 2 years ago. Now the provider has switched to PHP7.2 and nothing works anymore.
When I activate the new Be-Theme package, the navigation is gone and the font is gone or very small. Have copied the new theme with ftp in WP content. Or do I have to update directly via the WP backend? Ask for help ... Thanks for the help

Hi there,

I have an issue on a new site created with a template BeTheme (Theme: Pizza 3).

Whenever I try to save content and publish it, it doesn't show it anymore.

The last two elements which you can find here (Testserver), are not there anymore here (Live Site).

How could we solve this issue? Thanks for your support.

Hi, There seems to be a theme conflict with plugins. 
The classic editor seems to be causing an issue to the Yoast SEO Metadata panel. It shows blank.

They claim it to be a theme conflict causing this and not plugin issue.

Hello,

suddenly we can't use the export feature anymore. When we press export it just says: "Muffin Builder data processing..." but nothing happens.

Also, when we want to use a template for a new post, it doesn't load the template.

We didn't change anything since the last time it worked.

Why is this happening and how can we get it to work again?

did a stupid mistake. I built my website on your Betheme (not on Betheme child theme)

After an update a couple months ago the color of the footer changed and when I go into theme options I change the color but I don't see any changes when I refresh. On top of that there's a Muffin Group link that I can't remove from theme options or inside the widgets. The website can be seen HERE

I'm trying to change font color in builder item "contactbox". Already had a look to forum. Checked the font colors in theme options (e.g. content-font-color), but could not solve problem.

Could you please tell me how to change font colors within contactbox, please.

The normal plugins (for example Duplicate Post or Contact Form 7) could be loaded easily. The Bundled Premium Plugin can not be loaded. It takes a long time and then stops at some point ...

What could be the reason?

Hi, 

I'm having trouble installing the Slider Revolution Plugin - I get this error message when I try: 

"Downloading installation package from http://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=2b9769de-686d-4f54-af78-f1c06194594d&plugin=revslider…

Unpacking the package…

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature"

Please can you help? I can't find an answer on any of the other forums.
