Social bar from footer

Hello, 

I can't figure out how to add the social bar that appears in the copyright line into the footer. I want the same style (gray icons links, full color on hover) with transparent background.

Hi there. 

Struggling to decrease the area. It's a simple one-pager (not even a menu, for now). Client needs a page holder. The area between the logo and the content of the page is so huge, though. Why? How? Please help :-) I've tried to tweak some stuff but no avail.

pre-built sites cannot install

When trying to install a pre-built demo, I am told I need to install Slider Revolution. When I go to install Slider revolution, it tells me:

Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files.
Plugin installation failed.

Dear Support It seems that users may right-click on images in a gallery and download them. How I may prevent this from happening? Is any built-in feature to enable or you have a suggestion for a third-party plugin? Kind regards nikipan

Portfolio Items Do not show up with Masonry Hover Description

Hello, 

I have a problem with Porfolio display: some of the categories don't work - when the category is selected, the porfolio items from it are not displayed - only the "Load more" "View all" button instead. I'm using Masonry Hover Description style with 3 columns on Home Page and My Words page is a Porfolio page with same style settings.

This issue was present before any new updates to BeTheme and Wordpress came along ( I mean they were there present while using the most recent versions at the time).

Hello, 

I'm trying to customize the BeDrone theme but the template isn't saving some of my edits. For example, if I duplicate the 2nd section (green background) and make my edits....when I publish it my edits are wiped out. It doesn't seem to let me add or duplicate section on the one-page layout.

Please help.

Hello,

is it possible to add new icons for social sites corresponding to 2019? Google+ is not even thing now :(. I am using your music pre-built template which is totally awesome, but I am surprised it doesn't support Instagram or iTunes icons.

Please can you add or is it possible somehow for me to add that animated icons as Icon bar shortcode?

Theme not working properly in Safari

Hi,

I have created a website using the Be theme and it works as expected in
chrome, IE and Edge however on Safari in IPAD and iPhone it acts strange as it
doesn't behave as expected and closes immediately. Also there is some issue
with the Fonts. I used Gotham Book and Gotham Black and it was working fine until
yesterday. However now it seems to have defaulted to Arial.

Can you please respond to this with a solution ASAP.

I want to add the cart icon on the Cosmetics 2

I've tried so many ways to add my cart button on Cosmetics 2 Pre-built website, I installed WooCommerce and the only way to go to "My Cart" is to create a Link with text on the menu, but I haven't find a way to add only the cart icon, could you please help me?

I still got 5 licences that haven't expired, please let me know what I can do.

Issue with mobile (responsive) column width and ul and ol font sizes

On my site http://insideaquestion.com, in mobile view, the columns have a right padding that is pushing the content too far to the left. Inspector just shows an inline element style with:

padding: 20px 20% 0 10px;


Turning it off alleviates the issue, but I cannot find what to target.

Why is this happening and what can I do do change it?

Also, the ol and ul elements are showing up too large in places (on mobile). How do I fix that? I would assume that these elements would obey the same size setting for the sizes determined in the content size of typefaces sizes.

Your help is much appreciated.

Hi,

I already switched the shortcode style to simple. But my Accordion item still has a weird shadow around its box. www.ascendusdigitalmedia.com/services (bottom of the page).

Changing the color of an Icon

Hello, 

I am wondering if if there is a way to change the color of an icon within the shortcode itself? 

For Example:

[icon type="icon-facebook-squared" style="color:#ffffff;"] in this instant I would like for the icon to be white. But it is showing up as black on my webpage. And I only want to change the color on that page.

How I reduce the top distance when I build content using Content Builder

  • I Use  the Content Builder to built my post, for I want to use All import plugin. The default distance between header and the top block is very long if I use the default template in Layout. if I use Builder template it is OK ,but I want to display comments.image
How can I do to solve it?

  • By the way,  if I use Default Template layout in Portfolio ,can I hide feature picture on the page top and shorten the distance too? I also build the content in wordpress Block Content Area.
