Cannot Update Theme from 20.8.7 to 21.0.9 using BeTheme Dashboard Update Button

When attempting to update I get this:

Installing the latest version…
Theme update failed.

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

I purchased 6 months support upgrade (yesterday Feb 22) from ThemeForest and it says both of my keys BeTheme Keys (I own 2) are valid for another 6 months. But the "Check license" link from the Theme dashboard says the key in expired. So, I de-registered and re-registered and it still says expired. I also tried downloading 21.0.9 from Themeforest and uploading but it won't allow theme to be uploaded over itself. I am hesitant to delete BeTheme and overwrite. How do I get update button to recognize the extended support license?

Democontent not editible

Hey there,

I just submitted a ticket, that I cannot edit democontent.
I saw, that I already asked this question several month ago and you told me, that I must use muffin builder.
But that time there is no muffin builder in the theme.

Can you help?

I have installed a template but I want to copy a part of another template. I tried to install the beTheme on another subdomain to see how it was build and to copy the background.pattern of that template but when I do it like that I got problems with the licence. So...How can I copy parts of other, not installed templates to use in the template I'm working with?

Trouble with image appearing too low on mobile.

Hello,

I have a problem with the first image that appears on my site on mobile.

The website is:   www.beita.com.gt

I want the image to appear much higher than it does on mobile.  I cannot modify the image because I like how it looks on desktop.  I have removed all action bar and row as well on header builder.  The menu is not necessary but if it does not affect, I would like to have it.

There is a large space between the logo and the first image.  I would like to have that extra space removed and show the image just below the logo.

I am happy with how it looks in desktop mode, but not happy with the mobile view.  I have removed all padding and disabled parallax on mobile.  

Any suggestions?

WPBakery Page Builder - Can't Update Plug In

Hi, 

I've got BeTheme and it was bundled with the quite awful WPBakery Page Builder.
Since today's update the plugin is now out of date and I can't update it.

WPBakery Page Builder says that users have to contact you as the theme builder for support.

What do you advise for updating the plugin?

Hi I'm new to all this and I'm trying to update my Betheme and I'm getting this message. This is for a school assignment and I've tried deactivating the plug-ins and reactivating them. I'm made sure all he plug-ins I use are updated and I can't figure it out. HELP!!!

deregister licence

I installed Betheme in a local host that gave me many problems. then I decided to install it in a hosting but I got the legend "Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: prueba.dev.cc.  
what should I do?If I unregister, do I lose my license? Thank you

BeTheme Muffin Builder Theme Panel Help

Hi Team!

I am trying to find the database column that holds the custom/css data I had on the themepanel, because it is not in there because we moved the website to server to reflect new domain. So maybe the css is still in the database where I could copy it and paste it on the theme panel.

Dear Support, I would like to know whether it is possible to change the lightbox overlay background color from dark to light? I am using the popup box shortcode to display inline content in a div via onclick. Is it also possible to customize the fade in? It looks like you are using prettyphoto to display the lightbox. Add 2nd language to the side

Hello,

I have finished my website in Spanish and now I wouldlike to add a second language (english)
I have tried several plugins but they do not allow to translate anything that has been added through the "muffin builder"

Could you please help me and let me know how to add another language and be able to translate everything even fromt he muffin builder?
