Content disappearing and new items not showing

Hi guys working on a site URL is:

http://staging.coledalebeach.com.au/

On the camping page made some edits to the final section save out view the page and all fine.

Tried to add in another section was showing in WP admin panel but not on the site itself.

Also when I viewed the page couple of hours later content has disappeared.

Cleared the cache at browser admin panel and also server side and this didn’t help.

If you could get back to me that would be great.

Hi, I´ve installed be theme on http://riusoftware.com/riuprueba/ and it was working fine, suddenly all customization was gone, fonts, logo on header, colors, css codes don't work but the content is still there. We've already upgrade php to 7.0. http://riusoftware.com/phpinfo.php, here is the info of our server.

HI There,

I am rebuilding a website so i am building it first on a test server, the website will need the WPML and Events Calendar plugin. However as soon as i install any of the two plugins i get a white screen of death(both admin pages and frontend) it only works again if i remove the plugins from my cpanel.

I have not registered the theme on the test server because this is a testing area and i will register it on the main site since it is a single licence. But i do not believe this to be the major issue that is preventing these plugins from working

Can you please assist me to fix this.

Hello,

I can´t update the theme on our web site http://mbeurofastighet.se/. The theme is activated with a valid kay number but the update does not work.

Error message is "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files."

Hello I a getting this error message on the front end of my wp site when I try to access my 'About Me' page: Sorry, you are not allowed to preview drafts.

It was showing up when I built the page before. Now it is not.

Now I can see the page when I go to pages and click on About Me and then click on preview. But I can't see it when I click on the menu bar to see it.

I have cleared my cache 3 times.

I have deactivated all of my plugins except those that came with BeTheme.

Nothing has worked this far.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Hello!

Im trying to remove the menu background image from my homepage only so that on the homepage the menu is transparent background for desktop view. www.five14leaders.com

I tried using custom CSS but it appears the #topbar is overwriting the custom CSS with something from the index file. I can't figure it out.

Hi, I just bought new Betheme 21.1.1.1. I wan't to change img url from your pre buit theme Company4. Cannot change this "https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/company4/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/company4-logo-footer.png for my logo url, in footer#1. When i click on save i get loading picto and nothing happens. I had no problems with older Betheme. My url http://www.creezvotresociete.com/2019/  (just changed the header logo)...Thanks

URGENT: Betheme CSS broke when updating to newer version

Hello,

I have purchased many Bethemes and for the first time, the CSS broke when installed. The theme is riding on the left side, there are TWO logos for the header for some reason, and the formatting is totally wrong. I spent hours trying to fix this and I am having no luck at all. My client is understandably very upset.

Numerous problems with theme

This is my favorite theme of all times but I am having a lot of problems with the site at www.projectsecondchancemonroe.org. The list is below:

1. I cannot update the theme via Dashboard>updates (An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.) nor in Appearance>Theme>Update Available

There is a new version of Betheme available. View version 21.1.1.1 details or update now.

2. WPBakery disappeared in back end. Classic editor button is missing as well as Backend editor button. I see the VC code, i.e., [vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"], and the front end is fine, but no access to WPBakery.

3. When I upgrade to WP V. 5.1, I cannot access back end at all. Gives a 500 error. My network admins cannot figure out that issue.

4. I cannot update WPBakery via plugin updates or Dashboard updates.

5. What country are you from and I can unblock you in Wordfence?

6. Where can I send private login credentials?

I am using the Coffee2 template and have an issue with the social media icons and links. I entered Facebook and Instagram links on the Theme Options>Social section and nothing shows up on the website. Where should the icons appear, and is there another step I need to take?
