On the homepage of https://bachvirtuosifestival.org the news images sometimes overlap the images in the container above. You need to scroll down the page to see and then refresh until the error happens.
Any ideas why?

Content disappearing and new items not showing
Hi guys working on a site URL is:
http://staging.coledalebeach.com.au/
On the camping page made some edits to the final section save out view the page and all fine.
Tried to add in another section was showing in WP admin panel but not on the site itself.
Also when I viewed the page couple of hours later content has disappeared.
Cleared the cache at browser admin panel and also server side and this didn’t help.
If you could get back to me that would be great.

Equal height boxes
Hello!
We are working on a page using the Muffin Builder. We have a grid of boxes with different content on them, and we'd like to make all the boxes the same height (please see this screenshot for reference: https://www.evernote.com/l/AgUV2--gK2VJILZgiJ-gk21xzjlwk615kr0 )
The page we are working on is http://staging.deriveone.com/solutions/ (see the boxes on the "Solutions" section). We tried using the "Equal Height | items in wrap" and "Equal Height | wrap" options on the Section settings, but we can't make it work. How should we build this grid so all boxes are the same height?

Re: Footer showing when page reloads
I was trying to figure out what this blue bar is at the bottom of the hero seciton - when I paused reload in the chrome debugger I saw the image below. It shows the menu and the logo from the footer on screen. This shows for 1-3 seconds before the rest of the site loads.
Why is this? Can it be corrected?
Please advise.

Slider or Banner under products in Shop Custom CSS

Unable to Install Pre-built website
Hi o wise people.
I just bought this theme 2 hours ago and activated it in my site.
However when I tried to install pre-built website, it just showed blank empty screen after I click 'Install'.

Revolution slider Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_add_privacy_policy_content
i am creating a new site and want to use the "Massage" template for my website but when trying to activate slider revolution or Layer slider WP i get an error saying:

Accordion
Hi everyone,
I got a Problem with one of the BeTheme Options.
I want to use the Accordion option for Different States of a Country.
My Idea was to use there own flag for each State in the Title background, like this
Therefor i have to use a new accordion for each state, usually you would add a new tab in One Accordion for all States.
My problem with this solution is that if i open an accordion and open another one, the old one stay open.
They act separately and i have no solution for this in my mind.
Hope somebody can help me with this.

Database Reset
Hello,
I want to install a prefab site template.
I see that it is better to have a clean database.
The problem is that my database is shared with another wordpress site (with little content). I am creating a subdomain V2 but the site on the main domain uses the same database.
Can I still install the template?

Recently i have bought this theme for developing construction website, and i have started developing in demo server with the url of virturemining.cloudaccess.host and migrated it to new url of virtueindustries.co.in. But the purchase is got in active and showing its illegal to use the theme for more than one site.

2 Columns in mobile
Hi, I'm trying to figure out a way to get my hover box images as 2 columns in a mobile view. I've tried changing the size of the wrappers and/or the items within, but when the page responds to a mobile view it alwasy goes to one column. How do I force it to display in 2 columns on a mobile please?

Deconfiguration of theme settings, headings go flat, and much more problems.
Hi my dear support team,
I am experiencing some weird and very annoying problems which made me to loose my ilussion and patience.
I'm creating a new website, I've installed Betheme yesterday morning. I'm not novice on wordpress, nether I'm an expert, I have another website made by myself completly with free products.
The problems are, after 1-2h getting the theme settings as I want General, headers, menus, colors, fonts...at some point when I refresh the web to check how is the new change that I've done I've realized that:
I am experiencing some weird and very annoying problems which made me to loose my ilussion and patience.
I'm creating a new website, I've installed Betheme yesterday morning. I'm not novice on wordpress, nether I'm an expert, I have another website made by myself completly with free products.
The problems are, after 1-2h getting the theme settings as I want General, headers, menus, colors, fonts...at some point when I refresh the web to check how is the new change that I've done I've realized that:
- Headings go flat, no format, no size...no style anymore.
- Some elements that I've never modificated get deconfigurated for example some "cards" at " Last news" in the home page.
- The background of the home page becomes different.
- I'm not able to get back any of the previous points as I had them before the "chaos came to my website".
What I'm able to get it as it was before the chaos are:
- Colors
- Fonts
- Maybe something else...but now I don't remember.
This situation I had it three times yesterday, at first I've started to configurated my theme around 15h and around 17h the chaos came, straight aways I filled up myself with tons of patience and started again and I thought I did something wrong but i happened again.
What I thought that I did wrong at first was:
I think at 1st I was saving the changes always on the lower button and never by clicking on the upper button which looks to be a general and "finish" function but this thought seems to be uncorrect as on my 2nd try I've saved always the changes by clicking on both buttons... At my 3th try I've reseted wordpress, I've deleted the theme, I've installed it again and it happened again quite fast, then I gave up.
Why is happening that? How can I start to configurated it again without waiting for the chaos and loosing my time?? Is about me or a technical problem? I really don't know what I could do wrong to get all those problems.

Betheme license with Wordpress Mulitpage
hallo together,
I have a client for whose website I have acquired a betheme license, now this customer wants also a landing page for his website. I will implement that via a wordpress-multipage. My question: Can I use one license for the main page as well as for the landing page for this customer, or do I have to purchase a new license for each subdomain or subdirectory?
I would appreciate an answer
