Images for pre-built-websites

Hi,

I want to build a website for a client based on one of your pre-built-websites (e.g. CARPENTER 3).
I read that some images are free to use and others are based on a license.
Do you have a list for all pre-build-websites which images I need to buy?
This would help me a lot and would save me a lot of work if I build a website for a client in the future.

Loading a JS gallery into a web page

Hi,

I'm trying to add a product gallery using a JS provided by the product team.

For that, as told by BeTheme, I've added their primary snippet library to the "Custom CSS  & JS" section in the Theme options. You can find the code in here: ::

Now I have to call a specific function from this snippet library to a particular page. So I added the following code to a column from the builder. 

<script type='text/javascript'>load_signia_product_gallery('en','STYLETTO_CONNECT','100%','900px');</script>

But so far, nothing is happening and I'm getting the error "Uncaught ReferenceError: load_signia_product_gallery is not defined" in the console.

Could you please help me out on how to embed such a script when using muffin builder.

Save my changes

Hello, I have a big problem.
I can save my changes to the pages but it does not show them on the pages....

When I go back into the Muffin Builder, the changes are deleted there as well.

Cache etc I emptied everything several times, that's not the problem...

Can you help me?

The shortcode "Map with address box" does not work

But it does not work - write "for development" and not the full width of the screen, as in your example - https://ibb.co/qnj8dYc


And after I added this shortcode, the latest site wrapp began to display incorrectly. This problem persists even after removing this shortcode.

No matter what wrapper I place at the end, it is displayed incorrectly. Moreover, if I do it the penultimate - is displayed correctly. But then the wrapper that is the last one at the moment is displayed incorrectly.

Problem with logo in responsive mode

Hi everyone,

I`m having problems with my logo in responsive mode. The logo is not adapted to the screen size in responsive mode, you only see half of the logo. The logo is an .svg. Is there anywhere the opportunity to upload something like a responsive logo?

Edit: The logo I´m currently using is uploaded via the Customizer, not via the Betheme. Thats because when I try to upload an .svg via Betheme, nothing happens.

Getting PHP Fatal Error after updating the wordpress and theme

hi there,

I have updated the wordpress and updated betheme as well to its latest version but it just broke my website and nothing is showing on front end. below is the error log I am seeing in my hosting server which is WPEngine.com

how can I get one of the menu options to open a new tab or window to another site when clicked instead redirecting from the main site? would i include the CSS property to open _blank page in the custom link?

License shows invalid

Hello,

I purchased a new license today for a new site we are building.

When I try to add it to the staging site (http://www.rbstaging2.com) where I have installed both BeTheme and the Child Theme, I get an error saying the license is invalid. 

We use this staging site often and we recently built and then moved to production a different site that previously had this address. That site is now at http://wesketch.com/.&nbsp;

Action Bar on Mobile

Am I missing something? I don't see any options to show/hide the action bar on mobile. I can see that you can change the color on mobile so I'm guessing there's an option somewhere? It's hidden for me so I had to make a css change.

Hello, I just bought Betheme yesterday and I am having a hard time customizing it, every time I click on WPBakery page builder I get an empty transparent image that has the WPBakery page builder logo, but it won't go away! Please I need some help.

popup shortcode width

I've been searching for days for an answer. Some old comments in theme forest said there was an option in settings to change the width of the popup. Right now it's around 500px width, way too small. I would prefer to make it 80% of the browser width. I'm showing a scrollable image (it's a long image) but the limitations of the small width makes the text really small. Even better I would prefer to find a modal action that could load a scrollable page in the popup. I've tried several examples from what I could find, but nothing is working. Please help.

Theme Registration Issue

I had my theme registered on drones.cordkuttersconnect.com which I first deactivated and then deleted that whole site.
My site now is dronerivals.com and if you check the older one redirects to the newer one but when I want to activate my theme, it says 
"Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: drones.cordkuttersconnect.com"

Please help and how to avoid this in future, if I decide to let go a domain completely.

Hello Everyone,
New to beTheme and I need help with the Top Bar on each page, in my case, it appears Black. I would like it to be gone and I will also like to know if I can display the page name on it instead of under it.
Check the attached image. image

How to change and move to the other side the "Product on Sale" icon. Mine shows a "Star" which is useless for me. Here, take a look. image

Coming to the Slider Revolution, if you can answer that will be great, I want the slider loading icon to display something else instead of "loading symbol"

Can I use a license for a template on another site. Activating it in a new project? On the first site, the license was not needed, and we want to activate it on another project. Is it possible to disable the license on the old site and connect it to the new one?

Menus and logos don't show up

So I'm not exactly a novice with wordpress. But I am having a few issues.

1. I've changed the logos on the logo settings but the new logo doesn't show up on the page. The generic logo that came with the theme is no longer there, but the new logo isn't.

2. Can't seem to get the main menu to show up, either.

Can you help?
