Update not working, photos didn't load, theme problem?

Hi,

When I try and update the BeTheme Header Builder, Layer Slider, Slider Revolution plugins I get this:

There is some kind of problem with the theme, I think, because not all of the photo loaded. They are showing "?". 

I'm on a tight deadline and I have two pages done and I don't want to lose them. 

 What do you suggest?

2 Questions Regarding Your Theme

1) If I use wpbakery instead of muffin builder there always seems to be so much padding in each row.  The padding seems to come from:
.wpb_wrapper > div {
    margin-bottom: 35px;
}

Do you recommend making that 0px as the course of action for disabling that padding?  Or is there another way you recommend with your theme?  I only notice this issue with wpbakery when using the BeTheme.

2) I would like to make the make the header slightly transparent.  But if I use the below code, it also makes the logo at the same transparency rather then keeping it 100%.  Any ideas?

.header-transparent.ab-hide #Top_bar {
    top: 0;
    background-color: #ffffff;
    opacity: .5;
}

3) Also does your theme support Font Awesome 5.0?  I would like to use the new icons.

Under Construction & Menu

1) How do I edit the Under Construction page? The theme info says it can't be edited with VC. So do I have to create a new page to have one that I design?


2) I don't want EVERY page on the main menu. Is there a way to customize the menu? or add my own menu? Right now the theme creates a menu of every page and its not needed. I feel like the theme is getting to forceful in pushing us to do things and not as customizable.

Hi there,
I'm posting here because I'm working on a website, but i'm just a graphic designer and I'm very noobish in coding, so I'd like to get some help for few basic things if you can do that for me... I bought the BeTheme and I really like it. Thanks for any of you that's willing to help me. I'll feed this thread with everything I need to do, trying to be as much clear as I can... So here we go :

1/ First thing I had trouble with, is I'd like to change the "Work" section at top of this website. I could have change every word except this one and I really don't know why, because they're all in the "Page" section except this one.. Works is not there, instead there is "What we're done" and when I change it, it doesn't fix my problem.

2/ On this same screenshot, you can see a picture with chairs in an office that was delivered with the theme... I can't change it, it's not inside the "Page>Contact" pattern, and I don't find where it is. Could you give me the path to it please?

3/ Same thing's happening here... I really don't understand :

4/ I'd like to change the footer text and the logo. The footer is appearing on everypage, so I guess it's something different that is somewhere else. Could you give me the way to do it please?

5/ How do I change the colors of the squares in background of the Home page of this theme please ? Where is it in the Wordpress menu ?

Please delete activation for makeup24.ch

Dear Be-Theme Team,

I decided to change my license from makeup24.ch (now with flatsome theme) to optikpro.ch. When I try to activate under optikpro.ch I receive the message that your theme is already registered under makeup24.ch. Please deactivate my license under makeup24.ch, as I can no more do it, because I receive a HMTML500 error when I try to change back to your theme to deactivate the licence.

Can't find new themes?

I would like to use an element of one of the new themes (https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/company4/). But I can't find it between the pre-built websites!
Is there a way I can download it or when does it show up in the pre-built theme collection?

I have betheme updated :)

Hi Team,

This code is not working (do-not-post-license-key-on-public-forum) When i insert this code it says "Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: getstyled.ampm.in".

Although i had already de-registered and removed theme from the respective location.

Requvest you to consider this isseue on priority and suggest an appropriate solution to it ASAP.

Hi,
it is possible not to have any logo... ? if I leave the logo field in Theme Option empty, the BeTheme logo appears automatically.

Hi! 

I uploaded the theme and activated the theme. I proceeded to install the required plugins, but WP is not allowing me to install these two. The following text comes up for both of them. Can you help?

Parallalax effect

Hu guys trying to add a parallax effect to an image on my website:


Have set the image to be 1920px width and 1280px high how can I set the viewable area to be shorter in height and also add in parallax effect. Potentially image area to be 900px height.

Have tried various option within the theme without success, what I am missing.

Whenever i make a betheme update, for some reason, it overrides my chosen template. How can I keep my template changes and still be able to update the betheme framework?

Hello, I have a big problem.
I can save my changes to the pages but it does not show them on the pages....

When I go back into the Muffin Builder, the changes are deleted there as well.

Cache etc I emptied everything several times, that's not the problem...

Can you help me?

White gaps in Firefox Browser - hoverbox

Hi,

im using the hoverbox elements (3 columns).
Between the middle column and the last column i have a white gap.
I tried to fix it with css but i didnt find any solution.

The website is in developent so i cant show much of it right here. The section is the middle from 3 columns and 2 rows.

Hello,

i have a problem. i had a site running with betheme. I dont own this site anymore and i didnt buy the theme it was another developer. So now, the site is still running managed by the other developer. Now, i used Duplicator to rebuilt the site and started a new project. Now i bought a new license and i want to register it, but i can't. 

What can I do now? I can't deregister the original site and i can't deregister the new one. I can't use the api because i don't have the full license key and i have not the themeforest name from the original site.

So what now?

BeTheme provides formats, but I would like to know if there is the possibility of coexisting on the same domain two BT pre-built.
Let me explain.
I have a pre-built named catering and I should install in a page a prebuilt called landing: can I do that?
