Hi there

Even though I set the menu to transparent

(Global - Transparent - Header)

It remains with a white background.

Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Muffingroup Team,

we just bought the betheme licence and installed betheme. We registered with the licence and wanted to activate the WPBakery page builder.

But then we get the error message, wp-bakery file is empty and could not be installed

How can we solve this issue?

I installed Adventure Theme. I found two bugs. Please help to fix them:

1) on mobile phone during scrolling down, content overlaps  with logo (there should be added not transparent bar for logo and menu)

2) after switching off shop option the Archive footer widget appears with doubled title

Is there any way to import custom icons e.g.

or any other type of font possible.

I know that with Enfold from Kriesi you can do this, so there must be a way.

Hello, I have already created my website, I want to add a page from a pre-built website. Can you tell me how I would do this? I don't want to overwrite the work I have already done. I just want a single page adding, can you explain how I do this without overwriting?

Hi,

I have been using your theme for two years without (real) problems.

New portfolio

Yesterday, while creating a new portfolio page I noticed that the margins defined in the page builder were ignored, (Raw margins-bottom, I also tried top and bottom margins for text fields.)

Old portfolio

They seem to be working on the older Portfolio pages. But if I go to the edit page and create a preview, some margins disappear. So I can't edit any old Portfolio.

I compared the source codes of both portfolio and preview portfolio, and I did not notice any difference within the HTML code

CSS within page builder

As I tried to remove the featured image on top of the page (I found no option after 10 minutes) I decided to use a CSS within the portfolio page and put it in the page builder CSS field (on the top right). It had no effect. I couldn't find the CSS in the source code of the page.  I then put it in the advanced options of the BeTheme. It worked.

Well, it seems something is wrong with the page builder. What do you think ?   :)

I activate the Action Bar on my Website. But only on separate Pages I can see the Action Bar?

Getting an HTTP error when uploading images.

If I activate the Twenty Nineteen theme, I do not get an error when uploading images. When I reactivate BeTheme Child, the error comes back.

When I refresh the Media Library page, it shows a placeholder instead of the image:

Hi,

I have changed the following landing pages template to 'Blank Page' as I don't want any menu or footer: https://kpsdigitalmarketing.co.uk/linkedin-masterclass-kent/

I have an instant message widget which I have added via some code in the theme header (see it working in the bottom right hand side of our home screen:  https://kpsdigitalmarketing.co.uk/

Why is this not showing on the blank page temnplate landing page? How can I make this work like it does across the rest of the website?

Hi again, sorry if my questions are extremely stupid, I'm new in this game. 

For the BeZoo theme, anytime i create a new page there's a background image that I'd like to change. But where? 

Also, I've managed to change it in some pages but yet the other image if you stretch the browser image it's still there.

I get a 504 gateway error when installing plugins. I contacted the hosting company, they assured me that they fixed the problem by making the temp folder bigger, they installed a newer version of php and they maxed the server time but i still get that error. Please help me because I am facing serious development deadlines.

Hi, I used to display my entire portfolio as "ex: site.com/calismalarim" before when I used it as "calismalarim". Recent updates with "/calismalarim" link opens blank page. (as if there is no content) Where am I making a mistake? The problem persists even though I've deleted the cache.

I am having trouble overriding the built-in menu in BeTheme in order to use the Hero Menu (or Uber Menu) plugin.  Neither of them seems to automatically integrate.  Therefore, I believe I need to manually enter some php do shortcode in order to override the default menu.

However, I cannot find where to enter the code - could you direct me as to how and where I would enter the code below? I'm currently using BeTheme Header Builder - although I've toggled on and off to see if that was preventing Hero (or Uber) menu integration, to no avail.

I want to add an intro header to my blog post. But if the images are super wide they end up tiling. Is there a way to prevent this and have the images stretch to fit and cover the whole header area.

Hi,

I set up a custom 404 page using the built-in 404 page in the theme settings. It was working perfectly for a while, but now, it has started displaying a php error instead of the error page itself.

I have a portfolio with a few categories. When I use the Muffin Builder to add a portfolio (slider, grid, doesn't matter) the only category I see is ALL.

This is also a problem with your "slider". I have a couple categories, but when I add a slider to a page the ONLY category is ALL.

I tested the categories for the blog. They work fine. If I create a post category, I can see it in the builder. It is the Themes custom posts (portfolio, gallery, etc) that are not working at all. 

Something is broken. Please help.
