Translate independently don´t work

Hi,

using WPML to translate, but the button "Translate independently" don´t work. If I activate WPML Translation Management addon, then can translate only titles.

Update not working, photos didn't load, theme problem?

When I try and update the BeTheme Header Builder, Layer Slider, Slider Revolution plugins I get this:

There is some kind of problem with the theme, I think, because not all of the photo loaded. They are showing "?". 

I'm on a tight deadline and I have two pages done and I don't want to lose them. 

 What do you suggest?

Templates are missing from my theme.

Hello there,

I wanted to get some pages setup for the Blog, Portfolio and the like. Unfortunately, when I click on Templates, there is nothing in that section.
I reinstalled the theme twice, unfortunately nothing.
I did reset my database, just to make sure that no leftover options or issues will come over.
Unfortunately, I don't know why the issue persists.

These are the pages that I'm talking about:


They are incosisten with the rest of the website, and I'm guessing this is because I didn't apply the templates on, but there is no template to speak of.

Test theme update on a dev site before updating on the live site

Hi, I have a live site and an identical dev site using BeTheme vs. 21.1.5. Now that version 21.1.6 is out, I want to test the latest theme update on the dev site before updating on the live site.

As you might expect, the dev site is a subdomain of the live site, created only for testing, so it seems like a big expense to have a second license just for this testing purpose.

Can I deactivate the license on the live site and activate it on the dev site just to update the theme, and assuming all goes well, then reactivate it on the live site using the same license number?

I don't want to break any rules here — just trying to avoid having my client pay for double licenses when there is only one functioning site.

Page length size

Hello,

im having trouble with the muffin builder , 
for example i add like 8 sections and add like 10  elements to each and will let me  , but unfortunately  on the page just showing till the 5 section and to me that mean the length of the page by muffin builder its limited , and i cant find the option to increase it ,for example should able me to add as many as i want , 
for example look at this website u have https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/cafe2/menu/      ,if i wanna add like 25 more products like that how u added to there , will not show more then 8  of them . yes will allow me to add to the builder but will not show to the page ,will cut them of .


now question how i can fix this ?

Issues with Theme

when I add section more than 9 it automatically hides those (after 9th section) sections. However, they are present at the backend but does not show at the front end.

I have imported the following demo -

The other issue, I am having is.. I cloned this page and tried to make changes in it but never saves anything.

I tried deactivating all the plugins as well to see if there is any conflict, But nothing worked. ***//" data-userid="685832621193547776" data-orgid="685832621197742081">*** // I am having issues adding more section to the page. Moved theme and database, front page working all other pages do not

Hi

I had to upgrade a few servers (thus websites) from CentOS 6.X to 7.X. Since there is no direct upgrade path I had to install CentOS 7.X on a new machine, then make a copy of each (web) server (file tree) as well as the databases basically duplicating the installations.

ALL of my websites work after I did this but SADLY  BE (writer theme) does not.
I do no clue why, I have so moved many server over the years, this comes as a surprise.

The original website is still live (suebarrett.com), the actual move is on Friday morning (server will be just swapped in their respective positions.

So on the NEW server I can see load the front page, but I cannot load sub pages, for example https://www.suebarrett.com/about-me/ come up with a 404.

All databases are an EXACT copy of the original server.
NOTHING has changed other then the IP ADDRESS points to the new server but ONLY from my LAN.
Resolving DNS points to the correct server, I can see the LOGs being updated on the new server, I can see the front page but as soon as I visit another page it gets a 404.

Any ideas?

Tabs Width and Color

Hi There

1) I am trying to get the tabs to move over to the left so that the content within the tabs area on the right is larger (attached image is what I am trying to achieve).

Muffin Builder Edits Not Saving

Hi

I have been trying to update my existing pages. All content development has been done in Muffin Builder
However, when I try to update, it just hangs indefinitely,  It continuously tries to save. I get a green banner saying
page updated but it doesn't update. Preview doesn't work as well. see attached screenshot picture

I created a test page with limited content and that seems to work fine. I tried updated other pages as well. I cloned the problem page
and deleted most of the content and still have the same issue. So some edits work and others fail.

Can't Get Demo Content to Work

Hi,

I love BeTheme! I purchased this theme because of all the many beautiful pre-built websites it included. 

I want to install a pre-built website and replace all of the pictures and content with my own. But I have a few problems:

First, when I install any one of the pre-built websites, they don't seem to finish installing properly. When watching the video, it shows a screen that comes up after it is complete that shows the installation was successful. After I click "install", it looks like it is installing, and says that "it might take awhile", then after a minute or two, that page disappears, and the the page just goes white. It show no confirmation that the theme has been installed.

I am also unclear how the demo content for the pre-built website gets installed. Does it install automatically because when I check the box to install all demo content> Or do I have to do something else after?

One last question: On the BeTheme system status page the PHP Time Limit is at 120 (should be 180) and the PHP Max Input Vars is at 3000 (should be 5000). Does this matter? If so, how do I fix this?

Thank you for your help! I look forward to getting my a new beautiful website up, using your theme!

Hi

1-i need print icon in blog pages and the icon for "short link generator" of my page like goo.gl can generate short link of any pages.
2-how many plugin i can install in my web site ? is there any limit ?
3-how can i change my profile picture (i have no permission) , because that's not my pic ... i don't know where is come from ...
4-if layer slider is not useful , can i remove it from my project?
5-cloud you please explain that what is these section for and how can i use that? i mean the instructions.
6-related to question no.5 and is that from custom post types?
7-related in question no.5~6 , how can add them from theme options ? or is there any way ? because i edit manually function.php file

Yesterday ,I want to publish a Adwords,  but google banned many times ,they gave me a E-mail ,some pages have Malicious Codes, please check it , what is wrong ? Could I reinstall your lastest version theme could solve the problems ?
