Action Bar does not work

Good morning,
we purchased the "BeTheme" theme and, after setting up the entire site, we need to change the email address in the Them options> menu & Action Bar> Email section but, upon saving, by clicking on the "Save Changes" button, it does not happen nothing and we cannot change an important datum.
How can we do? We need your support.

I am trying to build the Home page slider.  However I don't see anyway to save it.  When going to the Page the new slider does not show in the drop down menu.  When returning to the revolunation slider my new slider is erased.

Do you have to register this slider using the purchase code?

Is there documention explaining how to use this slider?

Revolution Slider not shows Vimeo URL instead of embedding video

Hi. I'm not sure when, but I think it was fairly recently, that in some instances (but not all) on my site Revolution slider does not embed the video but instead gives a link to the Vimeo page

For example, on this page;
You can see that instead of playing the video it displays the link to it instead ie; https://vimeo.com/morever/stronger

However on this page:
It does play the video correctly. 

On this page 
It was using this Vimeo Custom URL;
in the WPBakery Page Builder Video Player settings.
But when I changed the URL to the non-custom one ie;

it stopped displaying and instead showed the link
and it still does not work.

I am using Betheme version 21.3
The Revolution slider plugin I am using is version Version 5.4.8.3
However I notice that Revolution Sliders latest version is 6.0.7
But when I go to Wordpress dashboard >BeTheme >Install Plugins it does not allow me to update Revolution Slider
In fact I get the message 'No plugins are available to be updated at this time.'

WPBakery is also out of date and cannot be updated

Your help is much appreciated

Lovely theme by the way - I use it for all my clients

datepicker style overrides tables in betheme

Hi there,

I had to put date picker in a CF7 form in a website in which I put html tables.
Everything was ok with the styles until I activated the datepicker: in that case the datepicker' style overrided the one of the tables.

How can I avoid that problem?

just upgraded to 21.3 - and see on the page several times 
"Warning:Invalid argument supplied foreach() in ".../public_html/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 1813"

cannot update to from Betheme 21.2.3 to 21.3

Can you maybe help me? on other pages I could install it without issues....seems just not to work in this case.

Estamos usando o tema "STORE" do Betheme, quando compartilhamos o link do site no whatsapp, ainda aparece a descrição: "BeStore | Melhor tema WordPress para lojas e vendas, onde novos recursos foram introduzidos".

Mesmo editando no Muffin continua aparecendo, podem ajudar?

BeTheme Update Deleted Page Content?

Hello, we had updated betheme and suddenly, the muffin builder content on our pages suddenly disappeared, even on the admin side. Is this a common issue? Would reverting to the previous betheme version fix this?

Timeline not showing images

Hi there,

I have a timeline on the following page:


According to the betheme website:

Timeline - Please add date wrapped into span tag in Title field.   

<span>2015</span>Event Title

I wanted to insert an image instead of a date for each timeline item, so I put the following in the Title Field (1st timeline item for example):

<span><img src="https://verbalicity.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Skype.png"/></span>Download Skype and create a free account

The image was showing up perfectly for a long time, however after an update (I'm not sure when), the images stopped appearing, and there is just a big blank space beside each timeline item.

Could you please advise how to make the image appear?  Or suggest an alternative way to present this if I can't use the timeline feature?

Separate logo for Coming soon page?

It looks like the Coming soon page uses the same logo as the rest of the website. However, in my case, the website is dark and is using light logo. Coming soon page is light, and the logo is not really visible on it. 

Is there a place to provide a separate logo for Coming soon page? I'm using https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/lawyer4/ and haven't redesigned anything yet.

Javascript Void Error

I am unable to edit any of my theme builder blocks as I keep getting the Javascript void message at the bottom right.

I tried to install the theme recommends plugins. However, the plugin- WPBakery Page Builder installation keep failed. Please advise.
