Hi, 

I have purchased the license and activated in my local environment.

However, after I moved the site to the UAT environment and deregistered the license in local environment, i cannot register using the purchased key.

Please help.

Since the update to version 21.3.3 in the gutenberg editor, the texts marked in bold are not visible. It seems that everything is a normal paragraph (although in the front office it looks good).

I enclose screenshots of what a bold text appears on a site without updating to the latest version of betheme and another one updated (and not only happens on one site). In many clients of mine it happens.

Hi,

I installed Betheme on a temporary server to create my website.

Now I have to move the website on a new server, but even if I deactivated the theme (also plugins that come with), I'm still receiving an error message : Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: misterlgraphics.com

So I also removed the folder from the server, but still no luck.

Hope womeone could help me as soon as possible;

Hi, 

one can adjust his video in Slider Revolution also in height https://www.pixelway.de/sapacino/. I like the video,
which is just a template too high, I would like to reduce it to 600 pixels height.

Hi,

I have the following queries:

1) I am trying to change the heading colour and heading size of individual blogs, however I am unable to do so

2) On the blog page, when i remove the slider revolution image, the blank space is still showing and I am unable to remove it

3) I want to align the box size of the blogs that are showing on the blog page as well as home page - however currently they are all of different sizes

Please help to resolve.

Hi, I have two websites using Betheme. The first one has the abbility to change the theme design with one of the pre-built sites, but the second one don't have this abbility. When I click on the link with the pre-built sites, I get this mesage "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page". I can't imagine why is that? Maybe the key is hidding in the fact that the second site is sharing the same hosting as the first one. Can you please help me?

We're using Visual Composer for some pages. 

Adding a page into the menu that has Visual Composer displays the menu item plus the VC code and throws out the whole page display and menu

If we add custom links as menu items then it displays OK.

With every release of BeTheme i'm forced to login to my server and restore to a previous version of my site because I get a "The site is experiencing technical difficulties" when I update.

Each update should come with a list of technical requirements on the server side for compatibility.

Hello, 

I contact you because today I bought a Betheme theme, and I have a problem concerning the Revolution Slider plugin, that is not working.

I installed a pre-built website ("BeWeminar") and I would like to change the slider text and image of the front-page (www.focus-destiny.com), but when I try to access the Revolution Slider via the Wordpress menu or via the front-page hovering the button "Revolution Slider" and selecting the slider "webinar" , the interface of the plugin seems broken. 

I don't really know what to do.

I purchased BE Theme a month or so ago but have never been able to activate the WP Bakery Licence to use the templates etc. its says to speak to the theme provider i it came as part of the theme.

I use templatera with WPBakery Page Builder to showing parts of the website that showing up on multiple pages.

So normally when I change text in the template, it's changed everywhere on the website where to template is used.

But after the WPBakery Page Builder update 6.0.2 it's not working anymore.

The backgrounds I used aren't visible anymore on those pages. The text and images are still visible.

Probably the problem is about the Wordpress update about shortcodes?

I see there is a new update for WPbakery but it's still not available for update in theme for a long time.

Maybe with the update the problem is solved...

When can I except an update to 6.0.3 ?

In the changelog of WPBakery I see this message: Update: Allow return in shortcode templates .

Hello,

I just installed a prebuilt website to change it how I need it and on every page, even the ones I created new, are always the same elements form the prebuilt. And I dont know how to remove them. They are shown in no page builder, not even in the muffin builder. The website I installed is the "Simple 2" and the elements I cant remove are on the bottom of every page in the preview of the page and on the bottom of every new page I create. How to remove them?
