Hi,

i am trying to activate static css, but i can not follow your explanation in the documentation.

I can not open style.php and style-colors.php in any browser (safari, firefox, chrome).

so i did copy all(!) content via text editor from bothe files in the static-style.css and uploaded it via ftp.

after that, my layout is not the same and is completely wrong. So it seems that i din't integrate it right.

In the documentation you showed an Update since version 9.6, that all style is in the header an i should copy it there.

i'm not sure, but where do i copy what exactly? could you give a little more detailed explanation?

I'm changing the fonts in the BeTheme theme options panel but the fonts dont change on the front end of the site. When I view the h1 tag, for example, it shows that it is using the font I choose in the customizer, but it is not really using the font. How do I fix this?

Hi, I've made a site based on a template using Betheme for a client. 

How I did this was I moved her original site over to a staging site, uploaded Betheme, redesigned and launched the staging with original url. 

I've had trouble updating pages. I make the changes, hit update and it is not accepted. Then I hit refresh and it might go through. I also have trouble updating the theme. It will go into maintenance mode for a really long - more than 20 mins and then it doesn't always update with new theme. I'm hoping you can help. 

one of the very big issues however is that her set up with a plugin called MemberPress has been disrupted. For some reason her subscribers are not able to access their content. I've gone through MemberPress support and Paypal and her host and can not see how this could be. Is it possible betheme has messed with the setting of this somehow? it there somewhere on the dashboard i cold look at this?

I have also tried via the backend of her site to get her on to the support forum without success. it keeps saying that her username is invalid. her site is relationshipdoctor.com.au and her purchase code is: e645d649-e2f3-4f1e-a80e-73636aecd71b. Her site has many glitches that i am trying to fix. Hope you can help asap.

Hello,
My client was complaining that the logo is a bit blurry on his computer screen...
We added the option for the retina logo in the theme options, however the higher resolution log is now showing up
smaller (it is not as wide as it should be). And yes, we made the new logo 2x larger...

In the image that I added the logo should be reaching the edges of the menu.

Please help.

P.S. On my clietnt's computer screen and mine, the logo is smaller at the moment.
However it is normal size (the size it should be), on my colleague's screen. And we cleared the cache in the browser

and in the Wordpress itself.

I am running BeTheme version 14.9 on WordPress 5.3.1 and it is working great - https://azevedofamilypsychology.com/. I want to update to the newest version of BeTheme however and wanted to see if there would be any issues if I did so. If not, what would be the best way to update the theme?

Hi,

I have a new site that i'm building.

However I have gone to edit the site this morning using the muffin builder, however on trying to edit anything it brings up Javascript Void 0

I have installed the betheme interactive, which has as a slider plugin the revolution slider. In this revolution slider there is the text: "That´s the way we bring your company to a next level" in a first slide and the text: "We are an interactive agency based in London". Further there is a Button "View more". Of course, I want to change this. How can I change it? Can you help me?

I notice that in Envato Market, all of my BeTheme licenses are showing that there is 8 months of support remaining. However, when I check my licenses, some show expired and I am not able to update these themes. Do I need to purchase a new license key and enter it for the sites which are showing expired? Or is there a way to extend the license key that is there if it has already expired. Also, is there a reason that Envato shows I have support time remaining, but yet the license shows expired. Thank you.

The problem is showing the category in Left and should be right in RTL

Hi,

I'm designing a website for an editorial company and I need to use a plugin that manages orphans and widows (paragraphs and words left alone at the beginning or at the end of the line). 

There is one plugin in Polish that does it, but doesn't work with BeTheme out of the box. I found a post by the author saying that we need to add in this plugin's settings all the specific custom fields used by BeTheme in posts. How can I find them? 

I use Muffin Builder and all the pages have only these blocks Column (text element), Buttons, Blog (grid 2-4 columns),

Hi 

1-I think it's better to change position of Tag and Category in shop 

I mean I want to separated them with <br> tag but it's work only in Live mode of my bowers and I couldn't find ho to do that in css code

2-Is that possible to add "By now" button in shop near "Add to cart" ?
