How add the "og:image" in BeTheme

Hi, how I can add "open graph" on the site? Or another way?

I need a link to the site to be displayed with a specific image and description when sending to facebook, viber, skype etc.

Issue with latest BeTheme Update

After some time i've update from an older version of BeTheme to the latest version (also went from Wordpress 4.x to latest 5.x) and now i get the following error when i try to access some gallery pages:

I've found a similar thread but it was with slightly different parameters so i do not know how to get this fixed.

Portfolio link to the single Portfoliopage only in the Headline

o have an little problem,

i have great an protfolio mit the protfolio-item, but now only the headline is the link to the
single-portfolio page but not the portfolio-post image (example on this page: https://relaunch.app.de/referenzen/)
i need a link over the whole portfolio-post image!

i hope you can help me

Hello,

I'm looking for a recommendation for an element or a plugin like a mobile, bottom-sticky, accordion:
- on mobile
- sticky to the bottom, always on screen (or, ideally it appears half way down page)
- accordion with arrow that pops up content (ideally allowing BETheme shortcodes, like buttons)
- ideally I can apply it to only certain Post Categories

I'm not sure how to describe, so I tried to illustrate.

If you could point me in the right direction at least, I would be grateful.

Nach dem Wechsel der Domain von eineliebefestival.de zu eineliebe.de ist das Update auf die aktuellste Version ist nicht möglich.
Ich habe versucht das Theme zu "deregister" nun wird mir folgendes angezeigt: Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: eineliebefestival.de

Wie kann ich nun vorgehen??? Bitte schnelle Hilfe, Danke!

Slider revolution image not shown in mobile snippet

Hi @all,

Google graps the first image of a page to have a preview on the mobile search snippet. But unfortunately it does completely ignore images which are inserted via Slider Revolution. So for example it shows a background image instead of the header image. How could I solve this?

Hi

I have recently installed the Be Theme using Constructor.  I am trying to reduce the size of the header background image for pages such as the portfolio, contact, about etc but can't find a way to do this which does not also affect the homepage slider size.  I am new to this theme so I may be missing something straightforward but would like some help if you can.

Company 4 Homepage Contact Section Keeps Disappearing!

Hi,

I've loaded the pre-built BeCompany 4 site several times, each time resetting my wordpress database.  The issue is that the entire contact section, located just above the footer of the page, continues to disappear as if it was never there!  Any time I attempt to customize any part of the home page, poof, there it goes.  This is getting incredibly frustrating.

In the demo, the contact section is clearly a part of the pre-built site, just above the footer: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/company4/
It has a nice parrallax image in the background with floating contact sections holding contact information, and is linked to from the menu here: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/company4/#contact

When I attempt to edit the page, the contact section just goes away.  It disappears from the both the editor and front end.  How can I resolve this?  I'm happy to provide whatever images and access necessary for a quick resolution.  Thanks!

BeTheme update from version 21.5.3 to 21.5.5 failing

When updating BeTheme on this site the plugin begins the download and puts the site in maintenance mode for several minutes then exits maintenance mode, no completion notice and the Betheme does not appear updated. Please assist.

I bought a new betheme theme to update because the old theme doesn't work under PHP7, but when I install a theme it will write me a text "a theme with the same name already exists". How do I install (update) a theme? Well thank you.

I used ‘height : 300px’ to fixed the box’s height but the excerpt will extend outside the box. Because I use excerpt filter with function.php to extract the first 150 characters (both English and Chinese so each excerpt of the post has different length).

I want to know how to use CSS to make the post list box neat and excerpt automatically fill the rest of white space (with no limit of character number the better).

The revslider does not seem to be working. I have installed the demo twice so far.
