So, I deregistered my key on our staging site. I came here and deregistered via the deregistering tool in that one thread. However, when I go to enter my key into our live site, it says the link has expired. What do I do about this?

Blog item - images are overlapping

I can't work out why the images are overlapping each other as you scroll down the books. This is the item Blog in the muffin builder. As you can see the first 2 rows look good but the rest don't. All the feature images are the same size. I've selected masonry tiles (vertical images) Hope you can help!

Can not install pre-built websites
Hi, Im facing the problem of changing theme on my website. Previously im using the School 2 for my theme. Now I changing to Kindergarten 3. Already reset the database and install the KIndergarten 3 but error come out. The error are Can not Get Domain Name.

How do I deregister the purchase code?

I bougth the "BeTheme - Responsive
Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme " yesterday but I had to completely remove and re-install the site and theme this morning. When I try to register with my purchase code I have the following message: "Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: www.xxxxxxx" but I don't find how to deregister the purchase code.
Can somebody help me?

page changes not saved anymore
Dear Support,
I made changes to our main page in the morning and tried to make further amendments in the afternoon, but no changes are saved anymore.
I've found threads talking about increasing the max_input_vars variable. I've increased the local value to 15000 and my provider changed the master value to 10000.
Still, anything I change is not saved. I make the change, click on save and click on update, it seems like it saves, but webpage is unchanged.
Tried in different browsers with the same results.
Could you please advise?

Have accientally overwritten a page with new content (thought I'd duplicated the page) can't restore
Hello,
Our web pages follow a similar layout so I usally dupicate a page and then edit the content.
I thought I'd done this but I was actually editing an original page.
I went to revisions to restore a previous version but it doesn't seem to work for muffin builder just the 'classic edit' section provided by wordpress.
(I have used Builder >> SEO)
Is there a way to restore a previous version of the page with muffin builder?

Cant apply new license code to BeTheme
Hi,
I need to apply a new licence code to our installation of BeTheme in Wordpress so I can update it as SilderRevolution has stopped working. I have purchased a new license but when I try to deregister the existing licence it shows an error:

This is probably because the website has had its domain name changed - the web designers who developed it are no longer in business. How can I deregister it so I can apply the new license code?

We are encountering issues when trying to register our theme:
We recently tried to upgrade our BeTheme version and it was displaying an error. We deregistered the theme and when we then tried to re-register it, it now displays the error message: Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on:

exclude some posts and pages from search results
Hello,
I just installed the plugin "Search Exclude" to exclude some posts and pages from search results, but it doesn´t work.
This is probably because search functionality is provided by BeTheme, and "Search Exclude" does not work with this. Am I right?
If yes, how can I exclude some posts and pages from search results?
