Dear development team,

I have the following problem with my new betheme page: I create a complete page in the muffin builder until the end, and then update the page. At some point, the page is cut off, and the content doesn't go on. In the next step, I go back into the muffin builder, and have to see that my last pages and columns are no longer there.

(You can find the corresponding pictures in the appendix)

I have HTML tables in the last section, but they are displayed in reverse order.

The .svg image with the landscape is just my background image of my footer (padding top: 500px).

In general I use a lot of java-animated .svg images on my website.

Short content is displayed normally. Only from a special length obviously not anymore.

I'm completely at a loss, and I really hope that you can help me. Unfortunately, I'm currently still developing the website on my local installation on the computer, because I don't have a server yet.

With instalation of Store demo I get a home page but what about other (https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/store/product-category/for-him/). I get pictures and that is it.

Hi Betheme,
We are having a problem where the Visual Composer Media Gallery images on a page dissappear after 12 hours.
We are using the WP Fastest Cache plugin and have tried this solution to no avail: https://www.wpfastestcache.com/tutorial/visual-composer-post-grid-problem/

Do you have a solution and would it help to update the included Visual Composer plugin?

On mobile phones, there is no mobile menu links show!! We have tried to change collors in 

SIDE SLIDERESPONSIVE MENU STYLE

but links doesnt show anywhere.

Hi,

We are having a problem with updating revolution slider AND Betheme.

Currently using Betheme 20.9.5.5 and trying to update to 21.6.1. The updater states it cannot be installed due to inconsistent files?

Unsure if it linked but we cannot update Revolution Slider from 5.4.7.4. It states the update failed due to files being empty. Since then the slider has disappeared and we have had to put a poor temporary slider in its place. 

Wordpress itself is fully up to date. We attempted the slider update BEFORE the Betheme update

Any help would be appreciated

I see the arrows to change photos above the photo, instead of next to it (as I presume it should be). See this screenshot. If could be useful, notice that I'm using Resort 2 template.

Sometimes in the portfolio, using the Flat layout, it appears a white line.

I'm using the portfolio item with the following settings:

I have more then 12 photos (15 to be precise), but when I press the following button



it never loads the last three photos, I just get an endless loading animation:

The defined colors of the website are overwritten by the "night mode" of smartphones (tested on Samsung).
Is there a solution how to ban this in BeTheme?

I was working on this site a few weeks ago and found that, even though my pages appeared to be updating, when I tried to view the page, the changes were not shown. If I closed the page, even though I got a notification that says that the page had been updated, it did not save the changes I'd made.

On the particular page that I sent you, I added a section at the bottom of the page that has a testimonial quote. But I cannot get it to update or save.

Please help! 8-[
