deregistration not working
HEllo,
I have buyed a new license for BeTheme.
I have installed Betheme first on a testwebsite https://testwp.wpmudev.host/ and registered with the new purchase code.
After testing this website, I wanted to use the purchase code to the live website. I have deregistered with the purchase code on the testwebsite and removed the theme.
But when I want to register with the purchase code, it isnt work:
How can I solve this?

I have a question about building website with betheme. I bought a license and I want to make a website for my client. Can i make it in my domain and when website will be finished I will transfer it to my client domain. Is this ok? The license will be stil active?

WPBakery Page Builder won't update from 6.1 to 6.2 with Betheme 21.6.1
I have many sites made with Betheme, and since the last 21.6.1 update, I get the update link for WPBakery Page Builder to get from 6.1 to 6.2.
On some rare sites the update has been done.
But most of the time I get the message "To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?"
I checked that "bundled with theme" is selected in Theme options > Addons & plugins > Premium plugins.
Any other cases ?

How to add custom icon to "tabs" title
Hi,
We would like to add our own icons to appear in front of the title of the "tabs" functionality found within Visual Composer.
Currently it will let you add an icon to appear before the title, however there's no custom options.
Could this be done using CSS?
We have tried to add the following to the tab title "<i class="pc-icon-listing-credit"></i>" however it doesn't appear to work (we have obviously set the css up currently for the class "pc-icon-listing-credit")

Hello, is there a way to shrink the about and services widgets (Footer #3 and Footer #4) to create more space for the contact (Footer #2)?

Whole page built smashed
Hi,
i was working on my new page for at least 12 hours and now i logged in and the whole settings in the page builder crashed. now all wraps, sections are within somewhere else... the last stored datas are from yesterday morning, by then i did not do my whole work...
how can I rescue this?!!? and: how can this happen !!!!

Besides I would like do no have the button "add into cart" displayed in the home page of the shop online but only in the product page (as per your Beshop theme). How can do it?

Bakery Composer File is empty
Dear support team,
i was updating a clients website https://juliagustavus.de/ and it told me to also update the Bakery Composer. When I click "update" I receive an error notification saying "the file is empty". What can I do? Since this is a bundle the file for Bakery Composer has to be included.
It is also telling me there is an old version of the Composer installed, but not activated. Is there a chance to active the old version?
Old version: 5.7
New version: 6.2
I hope you can help me an my client.

[Suggestion] Color for the Icon Bar
It would be great to have an optional attribute for the Icon Bar to make the icon colorful. I.e. as you can do with the social attribute, but with the ability to choose the color you prefer. So, something like this:
[icon_bar icon="icon-picture" link="#" target="" size="large" social="" color="#2f55a4"]
Or another solution to achieve something similar, could be a page in the Theme Options where I could set my socials with my colors.
If you don't plan to do this, can you at least suggest me how I could add another social in the code?
In fact I would like to add TripAdvisor with the color #34e0a1.

Unable to update Be Theme
Hello,
I recently started working for a new client who uses Be Theme version 20.9.5.6 for www.tuinjoop.com
I can't update: "packets empty". So I just purchased a new license so we can update to 21.6.1, but when I fill in the purchase code and username on http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ it responds with an error: {"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}
Please advise on how to proceed,

VAT Number
Hello,
in the ckeckout form when you have to enter your invoice and shipping address is missing the line for VAT number and/or Personal Identification number that here in Italy are mandatory.
Do you have a solution for this or it is necessary to install a plugin to avoid this inconvenient?

BeTheme extremely slow WP dashboard
Hello there,
Ever since I installed the theme, the dashboard has been extremely slow. And 9 times out of 10, it would give a 404 page not found error, and I just have to keep refreshing. This happens for any refresh in the dashboard like when saving a post, page, etc. I have the plugins that it comes with, plus backwpup, wordfence security, contact form 7, and some other plugins. Theme and plugins are updated. WP core is updated, and I am running PHP 7.3 hosting. How can I resolve the loading time?

cannot place images anymore in a image gallery
I can upload pictures in Media, I can add those pics in a porte-folio, but I can't put them on a page build with muffin builder in a image gallery. I do not understand why. That use to work fine, but not anymore since the latest upgrades. It does not make a difference to disable my plugins or not. Do you know what kind of style sheet is missing?

My server has been terminated but I cannot reuse the theme
I had the theme installed on AWS server with public ip of: 54.93.71.12 . Now that i want to install it in a new server I got error that the theme is installed on that ip which doesn't exist in real world and the server is totally terminated.
