Hello Be Theme Support,

When the first developer created a website he used a Be theme and then after some time the website have started some issues like team buttons are not responsive, theme editor was not working, other responsive issues. then i contacted to another developer he said someone used without key theme your theme is not updated. then decided to purchase new be theme So i purchased and replace on the old one. but the issues are still exists. like there is no front end developer there is only backend muffin builder, the other issues are still exists. Can you please help me now i purchased support as well. i am sharing the issue links,

Hello,

I have purchased quite a many betheme licenses and am having difficulty editing pages.

I click on the pencil icon on the item, but nothing happens. It shows "javascript:void(0)"

I have tried disabling plugins, and all updated.

Also used different browsers (Chrome/FF) as well.

I have two purchase licenses for betheme purchased from the envato store for two different domains (one for staging environment and one for production). While migrating from staging to production, the same api key was copied from staging to production and then I was trying to deregister the theme but got the error "Referer domain is different than registered domain". Then when I try to use the licensing tool available on http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ using the purchase code i received and my username, I get the following error: {"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}. Please assist with this issue.

How can I change the background color of an Icon Box when selected?

I was able to change the color of the icon when unselected with this code:

where my-iconbox-class is the class set in the Icon Box item.

Can I do something similar for the selected background color?

Host changed max input vars but not taking effect on site

We just purchased BeTheme for another site and had the host adjust the max input vars setting to 10000 but it is still showing as 1000 on the system status for the site.

We have purchased BeTheme in the past for other websites on the same hosting and the max input vars was increased and took effect on the site no problem.

We are happy to provide FTP and login info if there is a secure way to do so through here.

hello, my client installed on his site betheme with a license purchased by his old webmaster. My client has regularly purchased a new license, but when I unregister the old license I get this error:

Referer domain is different than registered domain

How can I dereegister betheme to add new license?

I'm using demo (Ecofood) to build my site but last time the orginal items inserted by Muffin builder started to be presented on desktop vertically (one below the other) - in the same time header & menu are presented correctly). What option I could switch off to back to orginal horizotal presentation on desktop? . The same effect is on every page so it must a global option.

I can't send the link to the website because it is on localhost on the construction.

Hi Betheme team,

many thanks for your attention,

After many update in website (it don't have to be in the layerslider wp) the slider becomes grey, I have to desactive and delete the plugin, install again the plugin of LayerSlider WP and it works again.

That's a big problem, because I'm doing this everytime that I have to do an update to the website.

Do you know any reason for that?

The betheme and LayerSlider WP have the latest version.

I made a portfolio in a new web site (under development) using Be Theme SEO3.
All Portfolio items have order No and assigned categories (66 in total so far...)

(I tried As Default template as well as Portfolio template)

I put a ''Portfolio'' module for the ''Graphic Design Portfolio''.

- Count 12

- Style Flat

- Columns 4

- Category: ALL

- Menu Order

- Order ascending

- Filters, Pagination, Load More: YES

When first selecting The Portfolio menu (Portfolio page) everything seems OK. But when selecting a filter (category) there are issues:

It does not show anything. I have to click ''Load More'' Several times to show....
Do I do something wrong?

Please advise.

I want to add more "Order by" options to the MuffinBuilder Shop Slider element. Woocommerce allows for other way of orderings, such as random, according to their docs, but the MuffinBuilder only does order by date and order by name. Which files can i edit to bring about this change?
