We're getting this message. No other plugin installed, theme updated to 21.7.
php max vars is 1000, we contacted the provider to change it to 5000 but as far as I read from other users, it's not going to fix the error.

Want to place secondary menu in mobile view

Hi, I have a website with a secondary menu that is located at Social Menu Top | depth 1. In mobile devices, I would like this secondary menu to appear in the mobile sliding menu , so all the content moves up. Is there a way to do that?

Mobile Logo?

In BeTheme > Theme Options, there isn't a setting to put in a different tablet/mobile logo.  Is that possible within the theme?  We need to set a horizontallogo for the tablet & mobile.  Where as we have a vertical logo for desktop & laptops.

Hello,

thank you for a wonderful pages used in Be Theme. Everything is very easy. But I have an issue and I can not find relevant answers:

If you check our homepage here http://www.web.futura-academica.cz/ and see that column heading, next three icon boxes and next 4 columns desc boxers with picture on left side are hyperlinks to http://www.web.futura-academica.cz/#

I dont know why but I did not make any changes in this. I just want it as it is on your demo site https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/eco/

Also heading "

Realizované a připravované výsadby"

is hyperling and its colored green :/

Next thing is that I can not show whole page on my iPhone. There is still default Betheme page without any content. I tried clean cache but it does not work.

Could you please tell me where is the problem?

Remove the footer area , on a single page | BeTheme.

Good evening , I would make disappear the footer area of a single page of my website. On the rest of the page , it may appear and possibly even be different for different pages (as for the header ) . I had the template Jupiter4 handled this possibility before that I do not find in BeTheme . Is expected in the future?

Do you have a way to allow me to temporarily manage the footer area differently on each page , or at least be able to do disappear when I do not need .

Second Shop page

Hi I want to add a second shop page to a WooCommerce with only one category item. 

shop1 = All categories
shop2 = Only X category 

I try with the Shop Slider but is very limited. 

How I can do this in a better way?

Gallery Help

Hi,

I'm using the gallery codes for this page: https://aquaterrapools.com/residential-gallery/

If you look at Canon Drive, Palm Springs Mid Century Modern Pool

There is a photo missing. It's the 277 image

The code reads: [gallery size="full" link="file" style="masonry" ids=“277,278,279,280,281]

But the image doesn't show up. I've had several cases where an image won't show up.

Do you have a solution?

Hello, Not off to a good start here.... I have installed the theme, activated Rev Slider and contact form 7 along with all other plugins and upon trying to install the main Pre Built website, or any other, I get an error message saying 504 gateway Time-out.. the site is not live yet and is password protected. the url is http://openillinoisup.flywheelsites.com/ I can give username and password or create an account for you to access. Please help asap, as I just purchased this theme and cannot even begin creating the site now.

Footer widgets not showing

Hi, For some reason only the first widget (footer 1) is showing in my footer. None of the other widgets (footer 2, 3, etc.) are showing, even with just a basic HTML text in each one. Any ideas? Is there a betheme setting somewhere that determines how many columns can appear in the footer?

Sold out label - Translation

Hello.

I am buidling a mutil-lingual website with WPML and BeTheme.

Unfortunately, there are some strings that I cannot translate.

Those are the "Sold out label" in the "Blog, Portfolio and Shop => Shop page, and the Action button title for the main menu.

Can you please provide us with a way to accomplish that ?

Good morning, the following message has been coming out for a few weeks:

"Your theme (Betheme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce model files. You may need to update these files to ensure compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce. Correction tips:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available, contact the author of the theme asking for information on compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce.
If you copied a model file to edit something, then you will have to copy the new version of the model and reapply the changes. "

This creates errors with photos and texts when I go to create or modify products
