Hi,

Our main menu links work fine.

But all the on-page links built using Muffin Builder go to the main site.

For example:

site.com

site.com/eu/

On the /eu/ version, an on-page link is /about-us/

When the page renders, it doesn't have http://site.com/eu/about-us/ instead it goes to http://site.com/about-us/

Can someone help?

Hello,

I have currently an issue with Visual Composer "Raw html" element in which I added this code : 

<div class="fancy-divider medium-top light-bottom"><svg preserveAspectRatio="none" viewBox="0 0 100 100" height="100" width="100%" version="1.1" xmlns="hidden link"><path d="M0 100 L100 2 L100 100 Z"></path></svg></div>

This issue is that WPML only take into account for its translation "<div class="fancy-divider medium-top light-bottom"></div>" and totally avoid the SVG part. 

WPML support is looking into that but they need to install a clean testing version of my site on their server in order to replicate the issue. As I cannot use my Betheme licence on another server, could I please get a temporary licence ONLY for testing please ?

Hi, the favicon does not show on mobile devices. It is fine on laptop/desktop. I have uploaded the favicon in BeTheme-Theme Opiions-General-icon-favicon. I have cleared cookies etc too, still no joy.... https://prnt.sc/uc59ru my website is https://synergyguides.com/

hi,

i cant fix sidebar accordion, when i expand categories, when you expand the accordion tab,  it overlaps with footer then when you scroll up, it overlaps with header image. i tried 6-7 most popular accordion widget plugins, but none of them have worked. please help!

in addition, wp bakery has premium accordion plugin, do we have access this plug in?

I have inserted a section at the bottom of the page that I can not see in the preview. Pages have a maximum length, beyond which you can no longer add content? Is it possible to increase this length?

Hello, when in [ admin - betheme options - colors ] when trying to choose a colour there is no longer a colour picker like there used to be. There only seems to be the hex code and no picker. As if it is just a normal text field. Why is this? I have disabled all plugins to see if there is a conflict and there doesn't seem to be one.  I can send you guys a screenshot if you like.

Hi, 

I am using the muffin builder for my individual sites and I am displaying a header in the first section. However on mobile it doesn't scale down. The word "Verhinderungspflege" on this page can only be seen half on mobile. 

Please help.

Is it possible to add a border to a wrap?

I assume this can be done with css? Are you able to provide this with the option to adjust if the border is only on specific sides of the wrap, the wieght of the line, and the colour?

I do not quite seem how to question it, but when I wanted to delete an item, the message was something like "Do not show anymore". So I clicked yes to confirm. But now I cannot delete anything on the page? How can I fix this?

I have a problem with the logo. After saving the page the logo appeared 4 times. When I delete the logo in the theme options, the standard logo appears normally, but when I upload a new logo file it is again 4 times.

Last Week, I updated betheme, And then when I checked the posts, I found that all the sidebars are gone. I have done so many work to fix it. However I failed. The post pages are always full-width, even I have set it to the layout with left sidebar. Any one can help?

I want all the subheader to behave like this https://strongmediainc.com/about-us/ the blue BG and image are aligned while in the other pages like this https://strongmediainc.com/edsa-ortigas-with-live-signage/ it's not aligned. Where can i fix it? Another workaround is how can i remove the white box border of slider, see https://strongmediainc.com/binondo-manila/

Hi.  

beTheme has been updated and just updated Slider Revolution to the new one as prompted, to version 6.2.21 and now it only show a grey banner and does not show the sliders as it should.

Can I roll it back to the previous version?

i'm using buddypress for a membership site and created several individual profile fields (e.g. departments and phone numbers) which i would like to be seen in the overview of the members page (see picture).

The buddypress support team told me to find the members loop template and use or add a hook in
that template so that you can generate the display of profile data in
that area.

Could you tell me which template this is?
