Where can I place the google adwords convertion tracking code?

I want to add the adwords convertion campaing tracking code using Betheme Options. Could you tell me where should I place it? I tried to insert it in SEO options/ remarketing code, but I think it's not working properly.

Call to Action and Icon Box to support Wistia

My client doesn't want to use Vimeo or YouTube for their videos, but wants to use Wistia instead.  Is there a way to integrate support for a popup video from Wistia instead of YouTube using the Call to Action and Icon Box?

YouTube Link for Icon Box not changing to https

For my WP site, I am using https for all pages.  The video link to YouTube within the Icon Box of Muffin Builder was working fine before I made the https change, but after, the link will embed a non-secure YouTube video which won't play on the site.  So here's what's happening, I link to this video: image and when Muffin Builder does the actual embed on the website, it changes to this url: http://www.youtube.com/embed/w1aHCfllVUs?rel=1&autoplay=1  instead of https://www.youtube.com/embed/w1aHCfllVUs?rel=1&autoplay=1  How do I get Muffin Builder to change to the https version of the YouTube video instead of the http version?

Visual Composer dont works

Hello,

I had the Betheme theme installed in three websites:

www.agoraisp.es  with Wordpress version 4.5.2, Betheme version 9.4 and visual composer version 4.6.2
www.mateomate.com with Wordpress version 4.5.2, Betheme version 10.1 and visual composer version 4.11.2.1
www.oscarseco.com with Wordpress version 4.5.2, Betheme version 12.1 and visual composer version 4.10

All the Visual composer versions in my websites are crashed!.

I can't edit any of the pages created in the websites and when I want to include content on a new page using the visual composer designer and click on the selected element, it does not appear!.
When I select "classic mode" in an old page, I can see the html text, but the content disappears in the backend editor mode. the websites seems to work properly, but I can't edit any page of the three webs!.

I need help with this!

Hi, the contact form that appears in the screen shot I here attach, does not display any confirmation note or anything, the two arrows keep turning even if the email has been sent and received how can I fix that? Thanks.

Page update results to 404 error

Hello,

I am having a problem on a website where one of the pages after updating yields a 404 message. The page is there on both front-end and admin area.
Using BeTheme 12.1 and Wordpress 4.5.2. Please see image below. 

I can supply my logins if required.

Header menu shadow not showing in Safari

I have the menu aligned to the left and in Firefox and Chrome, there is a shadow to the right.
The shadow isn't showing up in Safari though.

Some Configurations not showing after update

After I upgraded from version 7.2 to v13, some configurations don't show on admin, the labels do show but the fields don't.
What could this be?

BeTheme Fonts turn to Times New Roman (some pages)

I have just updated to the latest version of wordpress and the latest version of BeTheme and wondered by some of my pages are showing Times New Roman font when i have Open Sans selected for the default font on the entire site.

I am running a multisite and use this theme on one of the sites, not sure how to fix.

Any suggestions?

Add Soundcloud social media icon to menu

Hello,

I tried creating a social media menu but the icons are not showing up. I want to use the menu because I have a soundcloud link which i assume would bring up the soundcloud icon. I can't add it through the Betheme Social section.

Where would I add this code: ( through inspecting element on page, I fond this html code works to make the icon show)

Or is there some css I can add to make this happen.

Background Images Not Saving Correctly on Item Sections

I have a page with two item sections.


When I save a background image to the bottom section, and publish the page, the background image jumps to the top item section without cause.

However, if I save the background image to the top section and publish the page, the background image does not jump to the bottom section.

I have tried deleting the page and recreating it, deleting the image sections and recreating them, etc., but nothing is preventing the image jumping from happening. 

Can you please take a look?

it’s getting a little problem with BETHEMe. It is working well with pages, but
I am getting duplicated site name on blog posts.

It seems this code needs
