From what what we tested, the Slider option uses the 4 widget to setup. 4 columns x 1 row (XXXX) horizontally for desktop and 1 column 4 row on mobile.
What we need is one slider with an image that fits the page, when this is done currently it only cover the one column and 0XXX wee need it to fit 0000 and for the mobile to also fit one image.

I bought the Be Theme a month ago and rebuild my website, but I really struggle with customizing my website.
I use Actor Theme and I need to change some small things in the CSS codes (the size of my logo, font's color, etc.) but it just doesn't work. I entered the new CSS codes, but they don't take place and go back to "normal" after refreshing or in a day.
Could you help me resolve those problems, please?

I tried the following but that also hides the Revolution slider slideshow, which apparantly is part of the header I guess.

Dear support team,
Our company currently uses Betheme 11.9 for our company website. With this version, the featured image on our pages has a parallax effect (https://tinyurl.com/6p2tcay3).
I am now rebuilding our website with the last version of wordpress (5.7.2) and Betheme 23.0.4. With this new version of the theme, I am not finding how to enable this same parallax effect on the featured image.
How can I accomplish that?

I've been building my site and recently it stopped acting responsively.
First, a few pertinent details:
The Problem
When I resize the browser window everything works like it should (see screenshot below)
However, when I view the site on mobile it looks like a smaller version of the full desktop site (screenshot below)
My Attempted Solutions
What do you all think? What could be going wrong here? does this sound like a plugin conflict, a caching error, or a server-side issue? how would you go about fixing this problem?

Also, I’m trying to create different background images for desktop, tablet and mobile for my subheader. I know that the width recommended for a background image on desktop is 1920px. What width do you recommend for background images on tablet and mobile?

I am having a difficult time customising my WPForms.
I used inspect element tool to find classes and IDs e.g. .wpforms-page-button .wpforms-page-next classes but my changes aren't being reflected at all.
I have tried doing this via Customise -> additional css , did not work. I have also tried theme options, custom CSS & JS and that has not worked either. So I am unsure what I am doing wrong if someone can help?
