How To Install A BeTheme update

I have been receiving messages that a BeTheme update is available. With prior themes, I always received the update options through my WP dashboard. Now, I have no idea what I am supposed to do with the update.

Hi. I want to create my website as a blog, not a portfolio . From CSS I have no big idea . The blog page will look exactly like portfolio , because this I like better . This means:

-Blog-Titel Top left

-Read More Boton top right

-Post information Below the preview to the left

-Date Under the preview on the right

What is the Custom CSS code and where to include this?

Blank page after 13.5.1 update

Hello, updated to 13.5.1 today via FTP and my pages are now displaying a blank page. Even after reactivating 13.1 my pages are still blank. Cleared cache, tried multiple computers, etc. Is there an obvious step I missed or file that was removed during the updated?

Social Menu Item

Hello, I am trying to place a text link within the social menu area to direct users to our Google page. I've created a new menu item titled "Review Us!" and have added the url to the custom link but the item will not show up in the top-bar area. It should be displayed right next to the Facebook icon and is listed when using Dev Tools.

HI,

I wanted to change the contact form button into yellow color with white border and whit text inside. Could you suggest me a way?

Hello I am using the Glasses Theme and when I view it on mobile devices, it's not adjusting. I am using a Apple phone and Samsung phone. I have responsive on could someone please take a look and let me know how to fix this issue. This page uses the parallax background on it but it's not adjusting to the mobile devices....Thanks in advance

I can not update content NO! everything disappears

Please help me! I am there three days breaking my head and .. today I noticed that I can not absolutely NOTHING update via 'BeTheme' opions (using cafe) that everything disappears, showing only the image applied to the background, with no content. And all just around I install BeTheme Demo again (using cafe theme). Anything I change ... only logo, only menu color, background only ... any change via 'BETHEME options I lose everything and have to install again! And try again and.. the same! (its no cache problema, I asked this too). I do not know what else to do ... it is delaying me to project delivery. :(

page with short codes and variables?

can you point me to a page to easily use the short codes depending on what builder you are in it takes a while to figure out what is what and how to manipulate them.

I'd like to change the color on that. Maybe having the short codes on the demo pages with list of variables..?

we're loading images to the gallery (using Muffin Builder) and when we go to view the page - the images we've loaded are really REALLY low resolution. Any suggestions? I'll send the links via PM :)

Testimonials Line Breaks

When using the Testimonials shortcodes to display the testimonials, it removes line breaks from the text. Is there any way to preserve the line breaks?

Sticky Header logo issue

I'm using the "Creative Always Open" layout.

I set three logos:

1. Logo - basically square and the one you see above the menu on the right.
2. The mobile logo, which is rectangular and is showing the site breaks responsive to a mobile width.
3. The logo for in between those. I ASSUMED this was the "Sticky Header" logo. I assigned it the same logo as the mobile, due to it's wide orientation.

But when the site breaks responsive to lose the right menu, the logo is tiny, held in the top bar. And it's not showing the logo file I specified in the "sticky header logo" settings.

QUESTION:

Is the sticky header logo where I set the logo that appears when the site width loses the left menu sidebar but before we go to mobile?

If so, any idea why it's not working?

CREDENTIALS... I can send credentials for the WP installation but don't want to in this open message.

Menu Style "Creative: Always Open" with Background-Image posible?

Hello, I would like to use a background-image in my menu. Actually I'm using the navigation style "Creative: Always Open" (left). I tried it with upload of the image in the section "Theme Options -> Header -> Image", but the Image is just shown for the Title... Is there a option the "Theme Options" to put an background-image in my side navigation or have I do this with an extra CSS-Code? Regards

Theme doesn't work

Hi there,

I updates the theme, and now all my front-end pages are blank.
If i switch to another theme, the content does show on the front end. How can we solve this problem.

ShortCodes

Usually themes have the "default layout" where they provide the actual shortcode and their examples. With BeTheme I only see the examples and not the shortcode (e.g. http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/typography#buttons).

I understand I have to click blockquote (e.g. button = [button title="" icon="" icon_position="" link="" target="_blank" color="" font_color="" size="2" full_width="" class="" download="" onclick=""]). The problem is I want to know the short code for how to make each button example, but I don't see this as an option.

Curious to know if there is a shortcode training of actual shortcodes I can paste into my theme to mimic your typography page (http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/typography#buttons), thanks!

BTW, love the theme :-)

I Have Changed My Domain Name

I have changed my domain name by creating another installations, the previous one is still active.

Do I have to register my domain name with you or something? I only have 1 license, so I hope I am not disrespecting the guidelines here or something.

Also, how do I redirect the previous link to my new one without being penalized by Search Engines?
