Hi

I would like the article date on the blog to be displayed only in an individual post, but not on the main page with all the articles. Unfortunately, I can't find this option in the Betheme panel.

Hi there,

working on this site , I´ve build a sidebar-menu, that I want to open with a sticky button at the side of a single page.



Simimlar to the one you use to promote the "650+ websites" on https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/jeweler2/products/



How can I build a sticky button on the right side of a specific page that opens one specific sidebar menu? Like you also use it here

I may have deleted some important svg files not knowing I'd need them for my Shop. Most notable, I am looking to find the Cart/Wishlist/User icons as seen on your Furniture demo. Where in the theme files can I find these svg's to add them back in to my media library?

A lot space between sections

Hello,


I am modifying the demo "agency 5" and I see that there is a lot of space in the web between the sections.

I try to modify that space putting 0px in padding and 0px in margin but it remains the same.

How can I reduce all that space? This happens to me on PC and Mobile.

From Elementor to Betheme

Good morning,

I have to work on a site that currently uses Elementor, but I want to install Betheme (because I know your platform better).

Can I use Elementor and Betheme together without problems?

Or, is there a way to convert the Elementor contents to fit into Betheme blocks?

Or am I forced to recreate all the pages with Betheme?

Bug when try to edit textboxes, BeBuilder double boxes

Hello,

my wbsite:

produce a error, when I try to edit with actual BeBuilder.


In the editor have the problem, when I click in a textbox to edit the text, BeBuilder will double the textbox. Every more click in the BeBuilder will double the box too.

Very spooky. :)


It's not possible to edit the site.

How to reduce product display size for mobile devices？

I uploaded 2 products and they display terrible on mobile devices.

Because of their size, a single product takes up almost the entire screen, as shown in the first image.

I need it to be smaller and be able to display 2 products in one row as shown in the second picture.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Problem with fonts

Hello,

I am currently redoing my site and I am faced with this problem:

Fonts are not loaded correctly depending on devices and browsers.


I have this error in the console:

"Request for font "Lato" block at visibility level 2 (requires 3)"


Do you know where the problem comes from in my configuration?

Footer and copyright not show after update

After last update 27.2.7 the footer and the copyright widget do not show. url: gulliver.gr

But in my test site it works like before.

Yoast not working since update

Hi,

I've run into issues working with Yoast recently, since Yoast's last update more specifically. When trying to make a page/post etc. I am unable to see Yoast's "traffic light" system, the SEO suggestions and readability tab.

I've included an image to show how Yoast is displaying currently.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

WPBakery plugin update

Hello, can you please see why WPBakery plugin doesn't want to update. The theme is up to date, and update is trying to be made through Betheme Plugins page (https://juicebox.hr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=be-plugins). When I press update it turns to gray colored Active, but when I refresh page it changes to Update every time.

Template issue for Single Product

Hey,


So wondering if I'm doing something wrong if the feature is buggy.

I want to use custom template for single product page. So under the menu "theme options - shop - single product" template is set to default then the site should NOT use any template, correct? If I select the created template, then the site should replace the single product page with the custom template?

I'm asking because I noticed the following:

1.) If I have a published custom template for single product pages, the site uses it if the value in settings is set to default or the template is chosen there. It only switches back to the default woocommerce page once I move the custom template page to TRASH.

2.) If you have two templates created for single product page, doesnt matter which one is selected in theme settings, the site always uses the newest. Say I have Single Product 1 and Single product 2(newly created), I set the template in settings to "Single Product 1", the site still keeps using Single product 2 for all products until I move it to TRASH, then it switches to Single product 1.


Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?

Add_to_cart shortcode used in custom template for Single Product page

Hey,

is it possible to format how the add_to_cart shortcode displays its items?

In the template when I add the item to the page it display the "quantity" and the "button" in separate lines under eachother for Standard products. I want to use the Booster for Woocommerce addon to add one ore more custom input fields for chosen products and it adds the field to the add_to_cart shortcode I suppose because in the addon settings I'm able two chose from two options (add the item before or after the add to cart).

So, as I said for Standard products there is a line break between items, quantity, button, fields are under eachother.

However, for Variable products for some reason there is no line break, it puts all the items into one line.

Attaching picture to show the issue.

Is it possible ot design this somehow or set line breaks for items in the shortcode?
