Problem with wraps loop settings going innactive

Icon box identical height
Hello ,

Video Slider
I would like to know if it is possible to set the width of the YouTube video to 90% or 100%, within the testimonials section because it is the only way I could use to slide them, I would have liked to be able to use the simple slider but with video, could you help me resolve the width so I can see it properly? or Is there another method to incorporate the videos and make them responsive?

I'm having troubles with BeBuilder Editor. Everything was working just fine. I was working on the website yesterday and wanted to wrap up some stuff today but I cannot enter the BeBulider Editor (only the home page, for other pages it works normally). Problem with product template
Hello, we have a problem with be theme builder.
We have template of single product and in products we have option to edit template by editing product in bebuilder but in new added product template not showing in betheme editor. How we can repair this problem?

scroll same page
Hi!
On the page https://vanstraat.nl/upcycling-materialen I want to make it possible to scroll down via the arrow to the section with sliders. In the settings of the icon box, I entered the link: https://vanstraat.nl/upcycling-materialen/#materialen I also tried just #materials. I entered 'scroll' for class. In the sliders section I entered custom id: materialen. Unfortunately, nothing happens when you click on the arrow. Can you please help me?

How to edit product content block from woocommerce element?
Hi,
I have purchased the biker4 theme.
I can edit all templates, and create new ones, all good, except one element.
I can not edit the layout for the "product content" element. This is possible only on the product edit level, not on the template level.
Can you point me in the right direction?

License "lost"
Hi. I purchased a single BeTheme license. It was started on a web site that, unfortunately, had a server crash and the whole website was lost. I want to use the BeTheme on a new site, but it says "Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: thelondonguesthouse.com"
That website exists since I recreated it after the crash, but BeTheme folder is not there so I cannot remove it. Can you release my license key so I may use it on a different site? (I can provide access to thelondonguesthouse.com if needed so you can verify that BeTheme is no longer there.)

Replace Twitter icon with X icon not working
I used the Custom Icon dialog to have the X logo appear rather than the Twitter bird in the action bar. I am linking to my client's Twitter account as before. Nothing happens. What am I missing?

Unable to change the background color of the product template
I created a template for a specific product category, and I wanted this template to have a different background color than usual, but I've tried various ways to change the background and simply can't.
Attached are several screenshots where I set different background colors in various places, and when I save, none of the colors appear for the end user. The colors and background images are not working.
Can you help me?

I'm having trouble applying custom Subheader with dynamic data

I have followed all the steps, but the results are not what I expected:
- Header not centered
- Featured image does not appear. The second header, although it is displayed centered, is not displayed.
- I also tried with a static image (without dynamic data) and the problem persists. Even with a completely blank page.
The theme is updated. Can someone guide me, what could I be omitting?

Section backgrounds are not displaying as set
Hi,
I have recently almost completed a site that uses a lot of backgrounds, both images and solid and gradient colors. In some cases, the backgrounds that are set are not displaying correctly.
The first is here: https://www.earthfieldtechnology.com/services/#studies. The background for each of the list sections is set to be a light gray at 0 location and white at 100 location. As you can see, it is not displaying any background behind the lists.
The second is here: https://www.earthfieldtechnology.com/services/#CompleteDataProcessing. The list in the box wrap on the right should have a black background at location 0 and a dark blue background at location 100. It is also displaying with a transparent background.
Can you help me figure out why these two areas are displaying correctly?

Some images do not display on some devices
Hello,
I finished my website three months ago and I could swear that everything looked good, but now I see that there are images that are not visible on some devices and that some texts with animations are not visible either. I've tried a few things but I can't get them to look good on all devices. For example, if I reduce and enlarge the browser view in Chrome, the photos and texts appear. I attach two captions with the before and after of the enlargement. Can you take a look and see if you can help me?
