Random image strip appeared under menu on certain pages
Hello I have gone on to my website today and a Random image strip appeared under menu on certain pages. Some of them it is on desktop and others its on mobile and desktop it happening
this is an example of what I mean that green image at the top with the metal fan looking thing is not meant to be there (and wasn't until today).
I have logged in to the editor and it is also showing there but not allowing me to select it/change/delete etc.
I have updated the theme and made sure all plugins updated. I have cleared cache in both wprocket and my own browsers but issue remains.

Just installed the theme, updated my PHP version to 8.3, site is broken?
Hey all! I'm impressed I managed to break this thing so quickly. This is a new record.
I just switched from an old theme (Dante by SwiftIdeas) to Betheme, and on my Bluehost interface I saw that I had an old PHP version running, 7.3. So I thought I would update it to 8.3, since I now have a brand new theme. The second I did this, my website locked me out.
I've disabled all themes, disabled all plugins through my cPanel File Manager, but it still gives me an HTML 500 error when I go to my website aetheric.org, as well as when I try to log in to wp-admin.
Been looking for a way to roll the PHP back to 7.3 so I can get back into Wordpress and see what the issue is, but it seems weirdly impossible! No one has a good answer unless I splurge for VPS hosting so I can access WHM. Otherwise cPanel only allows PHP 8 options, not 7.
So my question is, does anyone know a way to force cPanel to use PHP 7.3? It doesn't list this as an option in MultiPHP Manager, so I'm unsure how to do this. Otherwise, any idea how I can regain access to my Wordpress site?

Issue with mobile menu on one-page website
Hello,
The website in question is located at: https://staging92bio.wpenginepowered.com/
The website is functioning correctly on the desktop, but on mobile when I open the menu and click on a menu item, I am unable to close the menu completely. The wrapper stays on the screen, and a new frame is created, which means I am unable to scroll through touch or dragging the screen.

Update icon always spinning, can't save changes.
I was editing my BeTheme prebuilt site in the BeBuilder and everything was fine. I made some changes and they were updating without issue.
Then suddenly the update icon wouldn't stop spinning when I clicked it and changes were not saved.
When I try to click to somewhere else I get the error message below. I contacted my host and they tried some solution but it did not work. I don't think it's a host problem because I have another BeTheme website and it's working fine.

Theme not updating
Hi there,
please see the error message I'm getting every time I tried to update the theme "An error occurred while updating Betheme: The archive could not be installed. This package does not contain any files."
Also when I tried to use pre-built section with BeBuilder is not showing after I save or even before.

Transfer to new domain
I have rebuilt the website on a subdomain. It is finished and should now be moved to the main domain. The BeTheme is now registered with a specific licence number. How do I do this when moving? Does the theme have to be deregistered on the previous domain and then re-registered on the new domain or does BeTheme automatically recognise that it is the same website?

PDF file in an extra window
Hi,
two questions.
I have a menu item at the bottom of the footer with an individual menu "AGB", behind which there is only a PDF file.
If I click on this menu item on the PC, the PDF file should open in a separate window.
The PDF link does not work at all in the smartphone display.

Credit Card (Stripe) View of the fields

POP UP Conditional Logic
Hi Guys
Any way to make the Popups conditional logic better? E.g. able to apply to single page?
Also the conditions of showing - they dont seem to work that great. I set to show once but they show multiple times.
