Query loop options are greyed out
Hi,
I have created a post with a query loop within a wrap.
After setting the options for the query loop and inserting the content, I cannot change the query loop options anymore, since they are greyed out.
The frame is still marked as purple "Wrap Loop" and I can see the options - but not edit it.
What is wrong and how can I edit those options?
Login would be the same as last time - post has # 2796 "Geschichte - 2023".

Woocommerce and Theme issue
Hi, whenever someone goes onto the website and tries to place an order and the payment gets declined or the user cancels it, they come back to the cart. When they retry making the payment, they receive an error. Screenshot attached.
What could be causing this? Is this an issue with the settings? the link to the website is https://tweensykart.com/. Also, the cursor keeps circling after you retry making the payment. Please help me with this.

Website appears to be hacked
Hi,
We're running 2 websites with BeTheme and both seem to redirect to some dodgy webspace... Might be because we had some issues with old licenses and failed to update for quite some time.
Is there any way to fix this?

Site went crazy after last update
Hi there. Since Be's last update about a week ago, the site has kind of gone crazy. From mobile, the site displays as if the browser is set to desktop mode and also sections set as hidden and/or assigned to the desktop or the tablet are displayed. Everything is displayed. How can I fix this? Please help...

Header editing in BeBuilder gives an error
I have been editing my header using the BeBuilder. But now all of a sudden it is giving me an error. Can you please help me get this issue fixed?

BeBuilder Blocks Not Editable
Hello, I believe this page was built with a previous iteration of your page builder (perhaps Muffin Builder).
When I click "Edit with BeBuilder," the page opens in the editor, but the layout is greatly altered, the elements have dashed frames, and none of them are clickable or editable. I'm not able to add elements to the page or make any changes to the existing content.
I have Blocks enabled on the editor:
This is true for all pages on my site, now that the BeBuilder has been upgraded. Is there a setting somewhere else I need to change, in order to make changes to pages initially built with the previous version of the builder?

Element Anchor
I'm trying to link text on a page to go to an image element on the same page.
I"m creating the anchor in the text as #2023
I go to the Image element "Feature Box" and i don't see a custom ID box to be able to put the anchor ID of 2023 in.
I know you can create a custom ID in the PAGE options, but where do i put the custom ID in an element.

How do I incorporate the menu into my hero section? (Example provided)
On your BeHotel theme, the background image of the hero section is also the background for the menu. https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/hotel6/
How do I actually execute on this? I was wanting to design my hero section in Slider Revolution and I wanted the logo and menu to sit on top of the hero section.
EDIT: Why is BeHotel 6 not included in the BeTheme - Pre-Built Websites section in Wordpress?
