Hello,

When I enter a info box on a page of my site it is appeared well displyed if you look the site from a computer, but if you look the site on a mobile phone it is not well displayed. The image is all covered and the info box is not well displayed.

I attach two images to better display the problem.

Hi!

I installed your beautiful BeService demo on my site. I know how to change the navigation labels in menu. But how can I change the url of the menu items and get them to work the same? I have read your instructions but I still can't do it.

For example in the default menu there is "Service" and its url is http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/service/#service. I would like to change it to mydomain.fi/#palvelut

Where do I write "palvelut" to get the link to work? In the Muffin Builder I didn't find a place for the section ID.

"Instead of putting a full URL, simply type the number sign (#) followed by the word you set for the Module ID"

Where can I set the Module IDs?

I installed BeService Demo on my site. I'm probably stupid but I don't know how to change the images in the default gallery.

Hi, when I view my website on an iphone 5, the main header text overlaps. Screenshot attached. I have checked the moving demo on an iphone 5, and the text doesn't overlap . Can you help please

my footer is only only showing up on the
homepage, no other pages?!
how do i get my footer to show on every
page?

seems like me site is a single page type of setup, demo data from
betheme itservice.
kind of can get it to work using a widget, but looking to hear what is "best practice".

Hi, 

I hope this is the right place to post this.

When I had multiple offer sliders on the same page, I had the issue that for every slider the thumbnails where the same. So Slider 1 had thumbnails a, b, c and Slider 2 (instead of having thumbnails d, e, f) also had thumbnails a, b, c.

This happened in version 15 and 15.4

I did fix this by changing the first lline of function mfnSliderOfferThumb_Pager(nr) in the /js/scripts.js file to only look for thumbnails inside the current container.

So: 

var thumb = $('.offer_thumb').find('.offer_thumb_li.id_'+ nr +' .thumbnail img').attr('src');

changed to:

var thumb = $(this).closest('.offer_thumb').find('.offer_thumb_li.id_'+ nr +' .thumbnail img').attr('src');

Hello,

Can you please provide me with the php requirements for the BE Theme?  I am having problems designing my website and I just spoke with the server specialist at GoDaddy and he instructed me that I needed to retrieve the php requirements and then create a ini file in order for my website to function properly and for this problem to not continue. 

When I go to update my website after making changes it just goes to a white screen.  I have the same problem when I try to preview the website after updating my changes.  My website is insanedigital.com - I am in the middle of redesigning it so I have the under construction page implemented.  

Can you please provide me with the php requirements so I can finish designing my website?  Thank you in advance.

Hello,

About last month i used to see strange things with muffinbuilder. It looks like blocks can edit parameters by itself. For example, i've got columns with background colour. Everything is ok, but then I've add another column before and add divider dots shortcode, update page and 2 of 6 columns erase parameter from background colour. And this is only one example. 

It becomes on different domains but all of them on last version of BeTheme. 

BTW i've got page which loads very long every time when i click edit page or update page ;( Have tried to delete some sections, but nothing can change ;(

Good day! I have a few questions here. I am needing assistance in code adjustments to product information and cart process. 

The site I'm referring to is www.shadowfirearms.com

1) http://imgur.com/ZUJP0HS - In the product image is the option to Pay Deposit. The font size has exceeded the boundaries of the box and wraps to a second line. Is it possible to adjust this so it is all on one line? I'm assuming it would affect the Pay in Full box as well, and I'm okay with that. 

2) http://imgur.com/5xNNaMk - In the cart, the Total column, the price lists twice which we find quite redundant. How might we delete the second part, ie, "$1,397.50 total payable"? We would like it to only read the initial "$1,397.50. 

3) Referencing the same image in question #2, would it be possible to add a note under the Product where it says "Payment Plan..."? This would include shipping information and details according to the product (specific products).

Can you tell me where to go to change the home page data row that has 3 columns - Our Offer, About Us and a blue image that says $123,000,000 Earned for you. The other parts of this form appear to change from the home page, but this row does not appear in the muffin group portion of the home page editor. thanks

Please see the two pages below. I would like the background image in the top section where it says "Tap List" to appear differently for each page. The image shown is the "Market Square" location, but I would like to customize the first link below to show the Shadyside location.

Please look at Odysseycharter.net. At the footer I have a menu and only link is working. Even though it is based on the main menu which is working fine. So I'm not sure how to correct the problem. Can you please advise?

I really need your help fixing some issues I'm having. Sorry for the list but I figured I'd hit all of these in one post!

1. The logo shrinks way too small so i can't see it I need this to size properly. I have tried to use a bigger logo for mobile but it still shrinks too much.

2. there is too much space between the logo and the action bar, and the logo and the header how to I remove that space? Also how do I change the phone icon with a cell phone icon in the action bar?

3. On the menu, the background is gray so I can barely see the + signs to click on those to open. How do I change the color of those plus signs?
4. When I use the column option inside a wrap, the left & right padding makes the content squished and too narrow on the screen.

5. I am using the Testimonials Item in a wrapper and it seems to be loading all the testimonials or something because I have to scroll forever with a blank screen. It's truly messed up. How can this be fixed?
6.  The contact section is squished, too narrow with padding and wraps text. Also how do i change the phone icon to a cell phone icon?

7. One last thing, can I replace your Social Icons with ones I can actually see? how would I do that?

I have the exact same problems on an Iphone and an Ipad

Button wraps & doesn't resize because it's squished with too much padding left/right.

Testimonial Item inside Wrap scrolls endlessly

Contact placed inside Wrap squishes and wraps text ALSO how do i change a phone icon to a Cell phone icon?

That's about it for now. This should keep you busy for awhile.. I really need these problems addressed as soon as possible. the site needs to go live tomorrow (sunday 11/6) , it's my client's only day off to review!
